This location has a great staff, they work well together and the food tastes hot and fresh. But the negatives are that it's difficult to find parking when the lot is full. It's a very busy location with many eateries and shops. Plus this store is small. They were busy and it felt very cramped. Also there aren't many tables for seniors or the disabled. There are only two available. The rest of the tables are too high and have stools. Not good for someone with bad knees, like myself.

I really like their food. The orange chicken is really good. So much better than panda. Veggies are nice and crisp tender. I like the reg teriyaki steak and. Chicken. I like that the chicken is dark meat. Although you can get all chicken breast also. Note it’s a bit pricey. Haven’t tried the spicy versions.

I really tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt more than twice. But, in comparison to the one in Simi Valley, this place sucks. Its food quality has always been terrible, and when I pay for the extra protein, I am greeted with the opposite. An absolute scamming location. Paying $4 for extra protein in a large bowl, and only a third of it is protein, and the rice is the majority of the bowl, with hardly ever any vegetable balance, is truly disappointing. And this has happened ever. single. time I have an ordered out of a total of 3 times there. Don’t waste your money, or time. The crab rangoons are also always over cooked with hardly any filling. From now on I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

I've only tried the chicken breast bowl. I think it's a good amount of food for the money. But it was a little on the dry side. They need to put more teriyaki sauce on the chicken breast bowl, or stop charging extra when you ask for extra teriyaki sauce to go. The staff are very nice and the restaurant is clean.

Why is your teriyaki sauce so watered down ad is there anyway to order veggies without the tons of cabbage or just no cabbage at all?
They have problems with their app where in I cannot redeem their BOGO offer. Staff was super great in helping out but to no avail ( not her fault at all). Corporate should fix their app and it felt like a false advertisement.

Ordered an orange chicken bowl to go with extra protein.. came back home and the bowl had almost no chicken and whatever was in the bowl, there were more small breaded pieces than actual meat. Extremely disappointed.

Very good chicken teriyaki bowl. Good sized serving even for the regular size bowl. I like how they have a teriyaki sauce bottle on each table. You can drizzle as much teriyaki sauce you want on your bowl! The veggies are real fresh and crunchy too. Easy free parking and very efficient and friendly staff.
