Food, service, cleanliness was all good I'll be coming back. I got the spicy chicken bowl....delicious.

I love that their veggies are stir-fried, and not the bland steamed ones you get from other teriyaki places around. The tofu bowl was delicious. Brown rice cooked perfectly! So happy to have this healthy option in the neighborhood.

Were fans of of TM but today our visit to the newest location was a huge disappointment ?. If you charge me$15 + for Salmon it should be tuff like leather! We couldn’t get a drink going as the machine wasn’t working! Waste of monies and wont bother coming back! Nothing was done or offered to rectify the experience.

Picked the right place before a 3 day fast. Last meal @1:58pm Absolutely incredible, full of flavor and they brought the spice level up from the last time I came here. Definitely great customer service with a smile. The lobby was clean. It was busy inside but managed to find a seat. I know it's just rice but the rice I ate was made perfectly. Definitely give this location another chance if you rated it less than 5. They definitely deserve to be here.

Came here for the first time with my gf and the wait was long but that just means they are making the food fresh which it 100% was. I got the two protein and extra spicy teriyaki chicken with white rice. It was so much food and the quality was amazing. Definitely better than Panda Express and I was able to get a bogo by downloading the app which saved me 11$. The food was spicy definitely not intended for the weak. The rice was 9/10. Chicken was 9/10. The girl at the front was very nice and very helpful. Definitely will be coming back.

We tried this new place based on good reviews, and it was good but not great. My biggest qualm with it based on it being all about teriyaki was the key condiment itself, the teriyaki sauce - thin, watery, and not flavorful! Not at all the thick sticky yummy teriyaki you'd expect from a place that specializes in teriyaki bowls. The chicken breast was good quality and we enjoyed the noodles and veggies. If they improved the sauce it would be worth coming back.

Still no response from anyone. My coupon buy one get one free with a 2 drink purchase. Bought two large bowls at $17 each two junior bowls at $8 each and they only give me 1 $8 bowl free. Why wouldn't I get the second large bowl? Why do they think this is ok for them do? That's a rip off anyone else agree?

First time eating here I asked about the spicy chicken and the cashier allowed me to try a sample because I love spicy...after trying it and thinking it wasn't spicy she told me of their special spicy sauce which was amazing with the regular teriyaki chicken! Great customer service!Everything was cooked perfectly! Noodles were awesome and a great portion of veggies! I got the LARGE for left overs which I had for the rest of my trip! I will definitely go back when I stay at the local hotel which was close to this restaurant!

I have been wanting to try this place since it opened up a few months ago. I finally tried it and it was promising. I ordered the noodles with spicy chicken. The chicken was succulent and the noodles were soft. Everything was made fresh to order so the food was very hot. The staff was cool and recommended other items like the chicken roll. The chicken roll with the sauce was scrumptious. The prices are a little elevated, however, you get nice size portions and quality meat, seafood, and tofu so it's worth it. I saw the cooks wash their hands and put on fresh gloves before making our order which was a big plus for me. The place was clean and loaded with plenty of condiments. It's cute inside with modern furnishings. Easy parking is located in front of the business. Great place if you like bowls. They have a nice variety to choose from. They have teriyaki chicken, teriyaki steak, teriyaki salmon, Katsu chicken, tofu and orange chicken.

My first time at this location, I use to go to the one in San Fernando and I remembered Teriyaki Madness always being good when I did go, and their popularity of spicy chicken bowls. So I definitely had to try the newest location by my house, which was very nice and rapid service with my food on point and fresh! I decided to get the jr bowl of the spicy chicken w/ brown rice and no veggies. It was very good and the chicken was so moist and the spice was not overwhelming and the rice was not dry and very tasty! The jr size was just enough for me, though they have larger sizes and other types of protein to make out of a bowl or sides. William was very nice and put me on game on the menu since it has been awhile! So instead of regular chicken teriyaki he recommended the spicy which I was use to. He was very professional and easy going with a very good positive attitude! Thank you William! Overall, I will be back I would like to try their egg rolls and noodles they have with a bowl. I recommend this spot, it never disappoints! A lil pricy for Chicken bowls but worth it because of the quality! It's super clean inside and they have a combo special that is worth it! I'll definitely be a frequent flyer to this location since it's close by! It's easy to find and lots of parking in a new modern plaza next to Popeyes, Pizza Guys, Jack in The box, Planet Fitness, and a cute lil nail shop. -Marshay D.

Wonderful little eatery. Every dish is made to order, nothing sitting around except the rice maybe and basic ingredients. The food has been wonderful so far and we are on our fourth visit in as many weeks. You can order to suit your tastes or needs. Get a bowl and choose your base whether it be white or brown rice, noodles, veggies, or even a very tasty egg friend rice; they make it up fresh when you order or at least it tastes that way. Sauce added or on the side is no problem either, very friendly staff that is happy to accommodate your wishes. We drive from Simi Valley to grab a meal here, the entire family enjoys this location.

It is Saturday Nov 4th, at 6:50pm. One of the best teriyaki flavor in Los Angeles, seriously it is very good. However my review if predominately about the amazing customer service i received from William, kind young gentleman at front. Nowadays it is extremely difficult to find a person who genuinely provide a great customer service that comes naturally. I really hope management might see what a great employee they do have! Great job William!!!

Teriyaki Madness opened up a few months ago and I was so excited to try it out. I got the chicken teriyaki bowl, their small junior size and that was plenty of food for me. You can also get their regular size and large size as well. I upgraded to the combo which comes with a drink and a delicious egg roll. The perfect amount of food for me!They have indoor dining as well and had many to go orders ready to be picked up while on my way out. This location is clean, the staff was great, and they have lots of parking which is always a plus!
