Been coming here for years since I was in college. Love the food and the people behind the counter; they’re always so welcoming and cheerful. I’ve only had item from the vegan menu, because I think they’re much better off the bag. I recommend the yellow curry - with soy chicken - if you don’t know what to eat here.

After a long day at school I was craving veg orange chicken and Vegan My Thai fulfilled my wishes! I got my food delivered so I can't speak to the ambiance of the restaurant but I was happy with the portion size of my entree and was truly thrilled that my dish came with veggies and white rice. It doesn't sound like that big of a deal but I've been to a few spots lately where veggies and rice warranted an up charge, so these additions were so appreciated! The entree was definitely SWEET even for my taste (I love sugar... probably a little too much) but it is orange chicken, so I can't really knock them for that. The veg protein that they use in this dish is great, and I think the texture and taste would satisfy even the non-vegans who dine with them! The pieces of orange peel mixed into the sauce were a nice touch too, and is not something I've seen before in the orange chicken entrees I've had in the past. The only thing I'll note is that I would've enjoyed the broccoli and carrots more had they been cooked a tiny bit longer. I know this is a beloved plant-based valley spot so I'm excited to actually dine-in next time and see what else they have to offer-- the fact that they have both a vegan and non-vegan menu makes them a great spot to bring friends and family of all dietary needs. I'll have to try their pad thai next time!

I've been going there for maybe 15 years. The food is great! I'm a vegetarian and it's always a treat to eat there. It's a nice, family run place also. I always order from there when I have friends in town. Thanks for the great food!

This place is Anti-Vegan. They charge vegan items a lot more than meat items. they also give you a lot less in portion size from the vegan menu. They rip you off for choosing kindness and compassion for animals. Based in the yelp name of this restaurant, I thought this place is vegan. so disappointing and disturbed to see "seafood" at their front entrance and then to be handed a menu with meat. How deceitful to call themselves "Vegan My Thai." Also, the vegan menu is way more expensive than the menu that serves dead animals. And the portion size is also a lot smaller will not ever come back for their false advertising and them trying to rip off customers who are more compassionate by choosing to eat plants which are cheaper than dead animals.

I just got Tom yum noodle soup as take out from here once. It was great! I will definitely come back here to dine in. Its a very cute and cozy atmosphere inside.

Absolutely recommend! This place is almost entirely ran by the sweetest older lady ever! For the record, they have a vegan menu and a non vegan menu but I have only tried items in the vegan menu as my brother is vegan. It's located in a quaint corner plaza on Devonshire and owensmouth in the city of chatsworth! We love the spicy fried rice with tofu... that's a must oh and they have this super spicy off the menu hot sauce that is too die for!! My kids enjoy the soups so we get the Tom kha as well. The owner is always busy so make sure to call ahead if you're doing a pick up! Enjoy!

Based on the other reviews, I’m guessing they must have just been having a bad day, but we had a horrible experience here. We placed an online order yesterday that was supposed to be ready at 1215. We showed up a little early and were told it wouldn’t be ready until 1220, which wasn’t a problem because we were early and we knew it may not be ready at that time. We came back and were told they were really backed up so it would be another 10 mins. Fast forward 10 mins, our food still isn’t ready and we’re told another 10 mins. To no surprise, we show up 10 minutes later and two of our items still weren’t ready. Finally, our food was ready at 1245, 30 minutes after we were supposed to pick it up. I understand the challenges of being understaffed, but had she just been honest with us from the start, we could have come back when the food was actually going to be ready instead of waiting in our car for 30 minutes. I was also frustrated because there was a couple who walked in to order and they got their food before us. Overall, the food was “fine.” The curry lacked any flavor, it just tasted like coconut milk, and the vegetable rolls were severely undercooked. Again, it seems like based on other reviews they had a bad day, but when you spend $150 on an order, you expect to get what you pay for.

THIS PLACE IS INCREDIBLE!! I had uninstalled yelp a little while and had to redownload it to leave this review. I am vegan and their vegan salmon tasted sooo realistic and incredible. The entrees were incredible and the vegan Thai iced tea was the best I've ever had. The staff was so sweet and kind. Will definitely come back! :)
