Service is always good for us. We talk with all staff. They are nice. Ambiance is salvi, table chair sitting. They have salvi merch on sale. Food is the best so many salvi choices. We come every time we can. I love their chicharron con queso pupusas, their chorizo with homemade tortillas are a must to go.

Food is good, if you u want some salvadorian food it's alright not all that. The SERVICE IS HORRIBLE!!! I dined in and ordered 2 pupusas for me and 2 for my partner. It took 40 minutes for 4 pupusas, No sides Nothing else just fountain drinks. Yall need new staff these ladies don't are super unprofessional and seems like they got hired off the street with how they act.

Thought I would try this spot and get some Pupusas on Oct 26. As I walked in, it seemed like a convenience store , until I went around the corner and saw a small counter with two female employees standing. I asked if I could place an order to go. Instead of greeting me , both females burst out into a chuckle, and then turned around and walked away. Hmm, so I left...anyways I wouldn't recomend this place to anyone. No service. It was not inviting as I walked in....if I could give a "zero" rating I would

The pupusas are the worst of any found outside El Salvador. Save your money and just go buy some thick tortillas, I think they will taste better. The pupusas at Bahia de Jiquilisco taste like five-day-old tortillas at best. This is an honest review, nothing against the restaurant or the people that work there. I am Salvadorean and I know Salvadorean food!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Really Bad and Rude service for mediocre Pupusas with bland curtido. The horchata doesn't even taste like Salvadoran horchata. They are just so rude taking yr order over the phone. When picking up they are even worse. Poor customer service!! Never going back.

I come here for the pupusas! I give this place a 5/5 for its delicious pupusas. I usually order cheese or beans and cheese and they always taste amazing. The pupusas are a good size and not as expensive as other places. I've also had their Atol de Elote during winter and it is always good! My only problem here is that they sometimes don't answer the home. I have to call several times before someone answers and sometimes they don't pick up. Other than that once I place an order, the food is ready fast, the staff is friendly and the location has a private parking lot in the back.

This place reminds me of an authentic Salvadoran restaurant. Not only that but the pupusas and pasteles are to die for. They have generous portions and everything taste so delicious and fresh. I did knock them one star because the service is lacking. Don't get me wrong, they're nice but they seem understaffed. I still will go back though because the food makes up for it.

If you're looking for good pupusas, this place is an absolute go-to. For the price that you pay you get decent sized pupusas. I got one cheese, one bean, and one pork. I really liked the consistency of the cheese, the flavor and the masa was perfect. Also, the waiter was super attentive to what we needed and overall delivered great service.

NOTE- Dear Management or Owner - There seems to be a pattern of reviews mentioning "rude service" at this restaurant and I'm also going to contribute to this after a few of my experiences. I've been going to this location for over a year and there was only one guy who was really nice, not sure what happened to him but come back! They need you.A few weeks ago I called in and they left me on hold for nearly 10 min and never came back to the phone. You can hear the employees laughing and joking around but I guess they were too busy to take my order?Today was my last straw, I ordered 5 pupusas and waited over 40 minutes. While I'm sitting there waiting, they don't even check in with me or at least try to give me a heads up about the wait. I finally walk up to the guy who took my order and asked him how much longer and he told me it's now on the grill and it would take 5 more minutes. I wait 5 minutes and nothing. So I just walked out, if I don't get an update from you, I'm not giving you a heads up that I walked out on my order. Seriously management, please please please take action and train your workers on customer service and organization. There are so many reviews here that address this issue. Does this not concern you?

If I could leave zero stars I most definitely would. AVOID COMING HERE IF YOU CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!The sad part is the food is actually good. My family and I would drive from San Francisco to this place because family that live out there showed it to us and we liked how authentic the food was. HOWEVER, after multiple bad experiences we have officially given up on this place. The treatment the ladies give is not worth it AT ALL. They are super rude and don't even dare ask a question about the menu because you will not enjoy their reaction.
