“I was an out-of-towner looking for a meal, and Pizza Factory hit the spot! I had a personal pan pan pizza with a drink for a reasonable price. I loved the crust- a bit crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Plenty of toppings, too. If I'm in Chester again, I'll drop in again!“
