I never eat in. Years ago, Arby's was not the place to eat. Lousy food. But the was twenty years ago. Now they have some GREAT sandwiches. Got to check it out.
Gave Arby’s a 2nd chance so I went thru the drive thru, the response was as bad as my last order. Their employees don’t even care about customer service, their attitude is order your food & get out. I should have recognized this was a poor place to eat & that’s why there’s never a line inside the restaurant or their drive thru. THE EMPLOYEES JUST DON’T CARE!!

Bruh this place is GARBAGE. Look at this damn food… Look at this dry, old chicken. I ordered curly fries and they came burnt plus with other dry regular fries they had left. It’ll be the last time I go to this location.

Worst Arby's. I will never return. My curly fries were cold and so stale I could hardly chew them. Everything else was room temperature to lukewarm. No sauce for my chicken or mozzarella sticks. My shake tasted like vanilla soft serve, not jamocha and didn't have the drizzle like other Arby's do. I was completely disappointed. And the boneless chicken just tastes like the kind you microwave from Walmart.
This review is for the new Arbys in Oroville California!This place is approximately less than 1 year old. It is located on Oro Dam Blvd in OROVILLE! They have indoor dining along with a drivethru.Its nice going to a new establishment.. nice and clean and well maintained.I wanted to try the new waglu burger (limited time). It was good but not great. It will cost you over 8 bucks for the burger.Plenty of options on the menu. I would recommend using the app to save money!Employees are friendly. I would go again if I am in the atea!

We were in a hurry, and I regret not taking photos! Very nice, clean and fast. The staff are amazing and good-natured. There is a bell in the restaurant that you can ring if you love the food and atmosphere. I took a bite of the delicious fries and happily rang the bell as I was leaving. The employees yelled ,"Thank you and I yelled back ,"thank you!"
