Been here a couple of times and I always get the best service when Hannah is present. She's always greeting people with smiles and you can tell she's the hardest working person in the store.

Stopped by April 15th..see receipt. After shopping at the Chico Mall ( chico marketplace) I saw Auntie Anne's pretzels and I had to get one!
I love pretzels and I got the lightly salted pretzel. A bit pricey but it was worth it. They also serve different flavored pretzels and sodas.
I will not pass on a pretzel to share with mustard! It's located near Kay's Jewelers and the Xfinity entrance.

F-minus Friday evening 8/18/2023 - I ordered Pepperoni pretzel bites....Do not order the Cup of the pretzel pieces. I think they are old ones they cut up instead of throwing away. I was on my way out to drive & as I got on the road took my 1st bite & they were hard as rocks overdone & disgusting. I will only get the fresh plain pretzels that come out of the oven in the future.

Always delicious. I love their cinnamon and jalapeno!! However the service is terrible. They are not friendly and always look like they don't want to deal with you or their job. They also close very early and don't make any more if you come two hours prior.

Horrible service. Don’t ask for anything that hasn’t been in the hot case all day. They will lie to you and tell you they’re “all out”. I’ve come in the past 5 times and asked for mini pretzel dogs— once on my birthday!— and have been told the same thing each time. The workers don’t want to be there and it shows.
