I placed an order on the app an hour ago for my girlfriend to pick up. The app said order received at 11:10 AM and so I thought it was in the process of being made. When my girlfriend arrived to pick up her order they told her they never received it, but she heard them say they didn't turn on their iPad which receives the orders. They tried saying they never had an order and that it was our fault. We cancelled our order and left. Incredibly poor service.

I really don't like to give places negative reviews but honestly I have been in there twice in the past month and the service was HORRIBLE. I don't want to get into detail but the attitudes of the staff were atrocious and I was actually embarrassed for them because they clearly did not know what they were doing (which is fine, everyone starts somewhere) but instead of just admitting it they were totally rude. Won't be back.

I will never go to this bookstore. The manager is racist, yelling at my friends. I have never met such a polite couple. I don't know why anyone would treat them so badly.

I'm a loyal customer in this store "not anymore" I always shop there and spend over $200, today I was standing in collectibles and the manager came at me yelling for no reason saying we harassing her employees "even tho we didn't talk to anyone!!!!" And not just me, there was also other people standing in collectibles and she yelled at all of us, super unprofessional and the worst customer service I've ever seen in my whole life.
