the table setting has cold bowls/plates which cools the food off too fast! And the waiters push the courses along too quickly. I've mentioned to the waiters bringing me different serving dishes but they say they're all the same. 😵💫

Wow. This place was surprisingly bad. From the moment we were seated to the end, nothing about this place is good. Considering it is an expensive steakhouse, I expected a lot better, from every element. First, the waitress rushed us. Barely took the time to take some drink orders. She couldn't be bothered to come to the other end of the table to talk or receive orders or deliver food. My mom, who is hard of hearing, couldn't hear anything so missed the drink order. Then, when we asked her to come back, she couldn't wait an extra few seconds for my mom to ask any question, so had to come back a 3rd time. The family-style sides were ALL served well before our steaks came out. They were terrible. boiled beans, boiled potatoes, some pasta loaded with butter, tomato and burnt garlic soup. When our steaks finally arrived you either had eaten too much sides, or in my case, my sides were now cold; which was fine because they were awful. My New York Strip was tough. The best part of my meal was the bread and butter. Our waitress never checked on us. She rushed us at the beginning and then we had to flag her down to get the heck out. Probably one of the worst dining experiences I've ever had.

I just had the best experience at Basque Norte. Not only was the service and the food awesome , I had also seen the before and after from their summer hiatus. Any company that’s willing to put back the time to refresh and deep clean regularly as they do, truly cares about all aspects of the dining out event
