We are bummed to have had this experience. We ordered our food in DoorDash, received an absolutely ridiculous message from the dasher who left the premises without our food. Someone else came in and acted like they were a dasher and stole our food. DoorDash did refund but the bummer is when we reached out to Bidwell Park pizza they first answered our call to let us know that our food was picked up; however, refused to answer our calls (called at least 5 times over 20 minutes) or any of the calls from the DoorDash company. Yes- it is DoorDash that the issue is with but the restaurant employees participated and did not answer the phone we were unable to ask to have them remake it since they wouldn't answer the phone. It's average pizza but the service sucks.

Not the best pizza in town. Very bland. I've had pizzas in Italy with just marinara sauce and cheese and because of the flavor (which doesn't cost much) I went back multiple times. Most likely won't go back. Skimpy toppings. Good pizza isn't hard to make. Good service isn't hard to provide either. Don't leave your customer standing around for almost ten minutes while you clean. I appreciate clean restaurants and I also appreciate being treated like a customer who might come back if he was treated well.

Pizza was under cooked. Too much cheese and hair in one slice was gross. Manager was confused when I brought to her attention. Save your money and time. ***Update: refund sent to card even though I declined the refund and left the restaurant. It is clear they mean well, but need to work on the details. As a business owner I take feedback very serious and hope it is not viewed as excessive complaining. Thanks for issuing the refund after I left. The 2 servers that took my order were extremely nice and friendly.

Called to order a 3 topping pizza for girls night. Was informed of prices for all sizes of pizza for 3 Toppings and once I chose a size I was told 15 minutes until it's ready.Arrived to a friendly host and helpful kitchen staff who quickly got our order to us.If you've never been this place has an at home environment, arcade games, and a nook full of family friendly board games!We took our pizza to go. The crust was crisp and not soggy or greasy, the ingredients used were all clearly made in home and my child said its the "best pizza ever"$33 for a 18" (large) 3 topping pizza to go and it was ready fast! Can't beat it!

Best pizza and the best eggplant sandwiches in Northern California thanks to Christian. The food and service is topnotch. Everyone is always very kind and welcoming to myself and my fiancé. I’m a huge huge fan of this place. I love the interior which holds multiple board games for children and families, a couple of arcade games, and just a happy vibe. But I don’t stay for the games because I came for the PIZZA ? Absolutely delicious every single time. I get a specialty pizza that has pesto / ranch sauce, onions, tomatoes and peppers. Along with their SUPER delicious garlic knots… ok admittedly I mostly go for those alone! Great service in a great neighborhood. I will always be a customer :)

Pizzas were cold. Simple cheese pizza ordered for kids was not cut/sliced at all.
Three item pizza. Very skimpy portions. Crust average. If things cost more raise the price. Don't skimp on quality.

All of the pizza choices here are beyond delicious! We were a group of 6 and tried 3 different pizzas including a gluten free choice. The salads are a nice size and fresh. The dining area has a ton of games that can be played while waiting for the food to arrive which is a very nice touch. Food is ordered at the counter and brought to the table by the staff who are all very nice. We had the place to ourselves. I only have 2 complaints about eating in the restaurant, there was a lot of noise from the kitchen in the small place and the workers carry the garbage out through the dining room while we were eating. I guess you could say that was our entertainment while we ate.Vegetarian options: Salads and vegetable topping availableKid-friendliness: Tons of games available to play while waiting for the food to be preparedDietary restrictions: Gluten free crust is available
