Went there for the first time with my family find out we had to wait about 30 minutes so then this other family gets there and are seated right away I went up to the counter and asked why they got in so fast and was told that they were family members of some co-workers that worked there Wow that's customer service for you didn't ever go back

So I've seen this restaurant around for years. I never knew exactly what it was for, and some friends had dinner here and really recommended it. We get there for a date night, and the people are friendly. The food is so freaking delicious and their bread. Idk how to explain the explosion of seafood flavors. This is definitely worth the money and a repeat visit!
The basket of oysters looks more like a cup of oysters. Fried calamari goes without any sause. Corn on cob was really old and chewy.

No atmosphere. We ordered, the food trickled out. The Cajun fries were too salty to eat. We got our battered cod about 5 minutes after the rest of the meal, and it was very dark brown and very greasy. We asked the waitress to take it back and bring us another basket that was not over cooked. The waitress never apologized. It took a very long time to get the order, the entire time we were eating, the waitress was staring at my husband giving him the evil eye. We were done eating by the time she brought the cod back. The waitress walked to the table and sort of tossed the basket on the table. We asked for a to go container and left. If you liked over cooked fried food with bad service, you might like it.People at other tables had the “boils. They seemed to enjoy their food more than us. Really just a bad atmosphere, terrible service, and frozen fried food we could have bought at the Chef’s Store.

I've been here about three times now, and each time my party and I have been blown away by the flavor and the quality of the food. Overall, we've determined that the garlic flavoring was our favorite, but the others are amazing as well. We love the spice that you get with your meal, is you so choose, and being garlic lovers, we also love the garlic clove pieces marinating with your seafood meal.The meals come in bags, and they are resting in a bed of juices, aka deliciousness. Although we have tried the dungeness crab and the snow crab, I personally have determined I like the Dungeness crab because of its flavor, and it is easier to crack open. The snow crab is soft, so it doesn't break apart as well. I have also noticed this at other restaurants as well.The staff is also very friendly. Last time we went, we asked our waitress to take our picture, and she was more than willing to do so. Even though she wasn't confident in her abilities, she did so, but she also offered to go ask another staff member to take it for us. We declined, and the picture turned out great!Overall, this is a fantastic place, although very pricey, and I highly recommend this to people hoping to get a flavorful seafood fix in a very casual setting.

I'd give 5 stars for their food if they had any vegetables at all besides corn and potatoes. In my mind, those aren't true vegetables, they're starches. Please please please add bell pepper and/or celery to the things available to throw in the bag to cook in the delicious sauce with everything else. Those 2 ingredients are hella Cajun and would also add a little more nuance to what's going on with the flavor. Believe me, I'm not judging the flavor, cuz your food is hella fire, I'm just saying it'd add considerably to the the authenticity. ? Love you guys, and hope your restaurant keeps on churning out amazing stuff!
