Hi Big Tuna-

You really missed the mark tonight. We have been loyal customers for over 15 years. The food is always excellent. However, tonight, one of your servers thought is was appropriate to ask us to leave since they had a large group coming that they did not plan accordingly for. Sure, we were done with our meal and only drinking wine, but it completely caught us off guard. I think it's important to note, that we had not been there more than two hours. In addition, there was plenty of open seats in the restaurant at this time. Even the server who was asking us to leave admitted that this was "completely unprofessional". It was such an uncomfortable interaction that we do not plan to come back. If you want to keep loyal customers, please improve your customer service and communication. Thank You-

Cool vibes here. After a few shots of hot sake everything seems to get better but I couldn't help but be a little disappointed by the size of the sushi rolls. Not bad by any means and the ramen, bentos and rice bowls were all filling and tasty.

Super fresh and creative! Sushi chef made me a “chefs choice roll”. I requested spicy and he did not disappoint?. Fantastic!

I like the place and the food but on my last visit I felt the rolls were much smaller than times I previously visited, definitely smaller than other places in town. My pricing included the hot Sake I ordered so it’s not a reflection of just food.

nice dining experience, service was a little underwhelming and the food we got was decent but I wouldn't call it my favorite sushi spot. definitely a nice little place to have lunch with some friends

I can't love this place enough. Seriously. If I could afford to eat here as much as I would like to, they'd have to drag me out, as I would be here everyday. Wait staff is always incredibly friendly and welcoming. Food is always impeccable and timely. Their water always tastes a little soapy but that's such a minor problem in the grand scheme of things.

Big Tuna is in Mangrove square along with Mountain Mike's and Jon and Bon's yogurt. Parking can be challenging as there are many businesses in this Plaza.

The staff are always quick to greet you and welcome you in. We came on Tuesday early, about 4:15 and happy hour was almost over.

Taco Tuesday special was $3 Japanese tacos - yummy! Pick your protein. I had crab. ? $3 pale ale from Sierra Nevada. Very quick service.

It was very hot outside and mildly cool inside. Sitting at a chair was cooler than the cushioned booths at the wall.

Food here is very consistent. If you got it before you know what to expect. We'll come here again.

Costco had gift cards for Big Tuna, $80 for 2 - $50 gift cards, free food!

Parking: There are many popular businesses in this plaza. So parking can be difficult at times.

Wheelchair accessibility: Single story location with clear access thru the door and to tables.
