“Front desk and breakfast staff are VERY friendly and professional. CLEANLINESS was an issue. Our room had borderline cleanliness. The bathroom floor was not very clean and it smelled like urine (see photo below). Another cleanliness issue is that the carpeting in the elevator needs to be cleaned. Other than those issues, we were OK with this hotel.“
