So everyday I come in and order the same coffee. Every morning it never changes. But the cost of my coffee changes EVERYDAY! One day it will be $6.16, the next day $8.00, the next $7.61. The list keeps going. I don't know but I'm pretty sure it shouldnt be this way! I get my old man loves this place, but the price change and the coffee tasting different everyday is a tad to much. It seems like they don't follow a recipe for the drinks they make them how they want. Tuesday's drink couldn't even be drank it tasted like just coffee nothing else. I gave them multiple chances, it's been a month and it hasn't gotten any better. Guess it's time to walk away from this coffee shop. Was giving them a chance though.

The lady who made my drink was nice. However the drink was just okay, the marshmallow was a little overpowering like it was covering up something. Not the best coffee I've ever had but not the worst.
First time stopping at a bottoms up expresso (ever) and I will absolutely be back! Simple menu with so many flavor options, super sweet service with a wonderful view. We had such a fun experience in the short time we were at the window. Definitely recommend stopping by and giving this place a try!

If you want a fun place to go to get your coffee come try this place. All of the girls are amazing and the coffee, food, and customer service is amazing! I'd recommend this place to anybody. Their prices are great too. What are you doing, go give it a try if you haven't yet ?! I promise it will be your new favorite spot in Chico.

Great place to get coffee, smoothies, breakfast food, etc. The baristas are super nice and friendly. If your not sure what to drink feel free to ask and they can make the coffee into iced or blended if you want to go that route. And remember to always tip your barista.

barista Mallory was very rude when telling me how she was unable to use the new cash register system I'm very disappointed and unpleased with the service and considering the assistant manager wasn't there it felt very awkward accepting a drink from her due to her lack of training will not be going back until her and the rest of the Barista's are trained to use the new system when taking split of half cash half also will not be going back til I'm able to speak to the assistant manager and will only be going when ky or Nicole are working also it wouldn't hurt to train her and a few others to put on a smile even if they don't mean it.

I've gone here regularly since it has opened and service used to be great. The past few months the new barista, Skyler, has CONSISTENTLY messed up my orders. The lady who drives the Challenger is great, but since Amelia and Liliana have no longer been there it seems that she is the only one who makes drinks correctly. I will only go if I see the Challenger now
