More than pleasantly surprised to try this new establishment. The owner Suat is a genuine person who obviously puts quality and care into his business. It comes through in every bite! We tried the bacon burger (beef) with added tomato and BBQ sauce on the side, fries, coleslaw and chicken tenders. The meat was seasoned perfectly, the bacon delicious and tomato slices generous and fresh with just the right amount of melty cheese. What I loved most was how the bread takes more of a back stage to the overall flavor, complimenting, but not overwhelming or leaving you with a "carb coma". For those counting carbs, the owner mentioned that their burgers use around a third less dough than most burger places. The chicken tenders were also delicious, hand breaded in a uniquely spiced panko crust. Fries... Perfectly seasoned, crunchy and as good as it gets! The citrus slaw was a nice compliment to the meal. Greatful Suat and his family are here and adding to the vibrancy of downtown Chico. For my first time trying this place I can say it’s worth it. The burger was so flavorful, the fries were very crispy, and the coleslaw was tasty. The staff were nice and on top of everything. If you are looking for a tasteful burger place thats not fast food then this is the place. Try the burgers with the house sauce!

Heard good things, but unfortunately didn't live up to the hype. Bun was over cooked. Burger meat was not a burger...more like a meatloaf that, too, was overcooked and dense. Menu said caramelized onions, got sliced raw onions. Tomato was mushy after being baked inside the bread. Spicy sauce seemed like a reduction of ketchup and sirrachia. Didn't care for it. And the seemingly loop music seemed like the same song with different words. And they want us to wait 30 minutes to overcook our burgers while sitting on uncomfortable wooden seats. Do better. But the fries were good.

The food was amazing! It was one of the freshest tasting burgers I’ve ever had and the fresh bread was my favorite part. I could smell the fresh bread smell as soon as I walked in!The house sauce was super good and when the owner noticed I was enjoying it, he brought me another! He was genuinely so kind and nice and his food is amazing! I’ve ate at all the burger shops in town and bun burger is better than most that I have tried! The portions are also very generous, give it a try! :)

Must try! Awesome unique taste for any foodie. Definitely recommend if you like to try new things. My partner and I share a double with everything on it. The veggie option the make in house and is very tasty. The owner is present, active and the friendliest making for a welcoming atmosphere and great experiences.Vegetarian options: Veggie patty is tasty and satisfying. Made fresh and in house.

Very well made, and perfectly presented. French fries ? top 5 lifetime, best fries! The only negative, and it’s pretty serious, the bold concept just isn’t followed up with a memorably bold flavor. Maybe if you really let it cool down, you’d get a little more from it, but it necessarily comes piping hot, and I lacked time to chill. Kind of a conundrum that the radical concept sticks you with.
