I have so many great things to say about Butte Creek BBQ, but I promise after one tasting, the only word you will want to say is YES!
Not only is the food incredible, but the team is amazing. The first time you talk to Stephanie, you feel like you are talking with a friend. She is so patient and has such great ideas. We had our rehearsal dinner with Butte Creek and we had them cater our wedding and from the moment we starting working with them, you could tell how much everyone actually cared about us and our event.
Our rehearsal dinner was so beautiful, so delicious, and we had amazing drinks thanks to the bartending staff.
We also hired Butte Creek for our day of coordination and my only regret is we did not hire them to plan the entire event. Payton is amazing and took so much stress off my plate and made sure the event was beautiful and ran without hiccups (and if there were any I didn't even notice!).
The bartending services were amazing and the amount of detail that went in to setting up the bar and making sure our guests were happy was incredible.
During our wedding, Coco even reminded me to take my dairy pill before the mac and cheese bar came out, can you say above and beyond?
The food is delicious, the presentation beautiful, and the people truly care about making it a day you will never forget. I know our day would not have been the same without Butte Creek and I hope we're able to have another event with them in the future.

Holy moly — Butte Creek went above and beyond for our wedding! From catering to bartending to rentals, they absolutely crushed it. Coco is one badass businesswoman (and a mother, which makes her even more inspiring!). From our very first conversation, I knew I could fully trust her and turn my brain off, because she handled every detail with so much knowledge, confidence, and kindness. Even though we only met in person once, she made me feel so warm and taken care of. And the food… wow. Everyone at our wedding could not stop talking about how incredible it was. I heard over and over, “I can’t believe wedding food could be this good!”, which is exactly what you want your guests to be saying.
On top of that, Mo the bartender deserves his own spotlight. From the moment we connected, he made us feel like we had endless options and was willing to try anything we wanted for our big day. He went out of his way to make sure everything felt customized to us. In fact, right before I walked down the aisle, Mo personally calmed me down and reminded me that nothing else mattered except that I was about to marry the love of my life. That moment meant more to me than he knows.
The entire bartending staff was phenomenal.. they kept the energy high, our guests happy, and the drinks flowing all night long. Butte Creek is truly an all-star team, and I feel so lucky we had them by our side. I’m already counting down the days until I get to see them again at another wedding in November!
