Ordered a double cheeseburger $4. Sat down to eat....gross soggy bun, no way is this fresh in anyway. Gave it back and they just put the cold burger on a new bun. I hope I don't get sick.

I previously called this Carl’s Jr. to see if the lobby was open and they said they were open until 11pm. My husband and I arrived at 10:15 pm. At 10:24pm with still 35 minutes left they turned off the light to the lobby. When I had spoke to the staff about it they said they are closing soon I told them it was a safety issue and it was very rude to make people eat in the dark they said oh well. I then called this Carl’s Jr. to speak with the manager the following day. Can you believe the manager said can you get it out I’m busy what is your complaint? I was so hurt by the managers not even addressing the issue. This is the worst Carl’s Jr. I’ve ever been to won’t be going back.

Lunch rush and was given fried food that tasted like bleach. Tried to call and warn them. Proceeded to get down dressed and told to call corporate because obviously it was an issue with their supplier.
The girl that took our order was very good at her job. The drive through line went quickly. The food was prepared well, I can’t say much about the taste because if you’ve had a burger from Carl’s Jr then you know all locations taste the same. The fried zucchini was great. The vegetables on the burger tasted fresh.

Unfortunately this one did not hit the mark. The quality and temperature of the food was definitely not to Carl's Junior standards. After waiting nearly 15 minutes for very expensive value meal the food was very disappointing. Dried out onion rings and overwhelming barbecue sauce. This is the second time at this facility this has happened. Definitely do not recommend.
