Manager Roxanna was very rude after I tried to purchase 2 cookies and use a code to get my new free item. It worked on the app but since I am still waiting for my new bank card it wouldn't work online, so I thought I could redeem it in store. They said that the cookies didn't qualify so what it said on the app wasn't the same as they were saying in store. When I asked for their corporate number they said they didn't have corporate. All I wanted to ask was why it doesn't say that you can't buy cookies in order for the coupon to work. What it says on the app and what they say in store are different. Very bad service, and now I also have no coupon. Just an awful experience with awful staff.

We were on a road trip so this location is not our local. That said. The food was excellent as ever from all locations we use. We showed up close to closing time. Staff was very friendly and helpful! Never rolled their eyes or ever made us feel anything but welcome! That can happen at closing times. Great place!
