I had a 1/3 pound jalapeno cheeseburger with Pepper Jack and American cheese. It was pretty good. The fries were hot and fresh. Way better than the E. 20th St. CJs.

Absolute best experience every time. Tonight was unsurprisingly stellar. I had the Diablo burger, which I modified to my liking. Matthew C (cashier on receipt) and his crew working this evening, gave me the best experience and made my day. My burger was hot and fresh, thick and full of flavor. They were happy to accommodate my wishes and my burger was exactly how I wanted it but BETTER! Super freaking bomb!! Thanks guys😎🤩
No more beyond burger for my vegetarian girlfriend 🤷♂️ we only came here cause she loved those. The other stuff is OKish. But why is it so hard to stock ONE more frozen ingredient that makes it so an entire demographic of people can actually eat at their restaurant?

Sometimes it’s good but most of the time I order a burger and it’s quite literally so drenched in ketchup its leaking out the wrapper and inedible, not to mention the one time I did decide to bring back my food the manager working that night was super rude, said absolutely nothing could be done even a remake without a receipt, eventually after my partner went in they remade it but it had to be done twice because they kept adding cheese to the hamburger after specifically telling them no cheese. The sandwich was messed up this time around too but i’m not wasting my time at this point.
