If you decide to try and place two orders in the drive thru be prepared to waste your time and gas having to do a full loop for them to then finally take your order at the menu. The main manager seems to get off on it or something but glad I could waste my time doing that at 6am in an empty drive thru. Imagine being told that in a busy one. The fact I had to do this instead of getting my orders taken like any other drive thru amazes me. On top of that I found an entire stem shoved in my burger the combo was not worth the price. This is the one time I actually wanted to speak to a manager but she’s ducking my calls insane behavior.

Fries were could when I got them. Not like I waited too long before getting to them cold, but like they had been there a while before going in my bag cold. The burger was good and definitely came with the requested extra BBQ sauce.
Service was what you'd expect from fast food. The one person I dealt with in the drive thru window was pleasant and professional.
Can't really speak to the atmosphere since I went through the drive thru, but it seemed ok from what I could tell.

Ordered via the app. Crew seemed confused with orders in both the store and the drive thru. Checked in at the counter, told to wait for some items. I waited over 30 minutes to realize most of my order was waiting on the counter the whole time. I asked for a refund and was told to get one via the app. No other offer to make it right was given. Walked out. Drove to 20th St, ordered via the drive thru, and back on the road within 15 of walking out of the Esplanade. Will be fighting with the app and/or contesting the charge on my credit card.

The drive threw went half the way around the whole building long wait to get to the drive up window food was barely warm and as you can see was dry as all get out when the picture clearly showed on the menue it's dripy bbq sauce and this is what I paid $16 for and almost a 30 min wait in drive threw line. Ugh definitely a last resort if you want fast food .

Very nice service, and very helpful. I was struggling while navigating the app and they were super nice about it and helped me every step of the way. Honesty much better tasting food and service then the east 20th location.
