Great for catering, we got a couple orders of the fiesta platters, great value for the amount of food and the variety.
The food was good. I would have liked hot sauce on the table to add some heat. The salsa had a sweet taste. I had 1 taco, 1 Enchilada, rice and beans. My favorite part was the red sauce on the Enchilada. The dinner menu had one section for 1 or 2 items served with rice and beans that were not as expensive as the rest of the dinner menu. The dinner entree menu cost was over twenty dollars per plate.

Menu, Food, Service... it's all changed & if you're going out for a nice meal for 2 with drinks and appetizers you're better off going to that nice place you've always wanted to try, because this isn't it.

On a to go order, they charged me double the price of the red salsa because the green salsa has habaneros in it. Additionally, the container I received was half the size of the red.
I went here with my mother on cinco de mayo and it was delicious and I had one of their combination plates. It was a great experience, great staff and yummy food. Thank you for having us.

Disappointing... called in an order of carnitas. They were soupy, soggy and full of bell peppers. Not like any carnitas I've ever had... and they forgot the tortillas
Been coming here for 20 years. Best Mexican food!
Took my parents to dinner Sunday night. Hadn't been to Casa Ramos for a year. Atmosphere was good, service was good, but didn't get exactly what we ordered. The food - ordered a Deluxe Tostada w/ground beef. Tons of lettuce and not even a good schmear of beans or meat. $16.99 pricey. 2 cups of coffee @ $7.50 and 1 Corona Light. $64.68 w/o tip. Won't be back.
Beautiful plates of food, presentation is amazing and tasted so good, great service, management and staff are all really nice and we will be back! Enjoyed it

I think we've found our favorite Mexican restaurant in Chico. We fell in love with. Casa Ramos restaurant - the chips were fresh, warm and delicious along with salsa. We had the Molcajete and Relleno burrito which were over the top delicious. We decided to top it off with chocolate strawberry churros. It was my birthday gift, what can I say! We splurged. Our sever treated us as though we were family in a very good and welcoming way, attentive yet not intrusive. This is definitely a family friendly restaurant, all are made welcome. Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Meal was great, lamb shanks superb, good service etc. no complaints. Plus, left a substantial tip to cover the service., However, the next day my account was used at Walmart for $345.12. Fortunately, my VISA noted this odd amount and cancelled it. Will not be going back!!! This is too bad as we had really enjoyed the restaraunt, but somewhere there is a problem. BEWARE,!!!
