Something at Casa Ramos has changed. The management for one. I've been going to this location for fourteen years and the same staff has waited on me during that time. They were sort of like friends. Now they're gone. I order same meal every time so I know it like the back of my hand. I went in there today and the sauce on my enchilada was different and the meat was a bit Luke warm. The place was almost empty but it took longer than usual to prepare my meal. The gentleman who waited on me seemed to be more interested sitting and chatting to a young woman in a booth across from me than attending to his duties. Unprofessional to say the least. This was my go to place for Mexican food since Ricardo's sold and then went out of business when its operation suffered from poor management. Not sure I'll return. Too bad.

I think we've found our favorite Mexican restaurant in Chico. We fell in love with. Casa Ramos restaurant - the chips were fresh, warm and delicious along with salsa. We had the Molcajete and Relleno burrito which were over the top delicious. We decided to top it off with chocolate strawberry churros. It was my birthday gift, what can I say! We splurged.Our sever treated us as though we were family in a very good and welcoming way, attentive yet not intrusive. This is definitely a family friendly restaurant, all are made welcome. Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My family and I LOVE this restaurant! They always have great food and the ambience is cheerful. They have fast service and yummy drinks. My favorites are the pollo mazatlan and chicken fajitas with a diablo margarita! I highly recommend this place!

So unfortunately, I forgot to post this video when I went my friend got the Barga. I think that's how you say it the lamb and she adored it. Unfortunately, I deleted the videos I got the à la Crema, which I get every single time I go there because I freaking adore. It is so goodand I highly recommend the restaurant. The staff is lovely. The servers are the bomb. I love their chips and salsa and I don't know if their family owned. I'm pretty sure they are but highly recommend if you want some good food in Chico.

Meal was great, lamb shanks superb, good service etc. no complaints. Plus, left a substantial tip to cover the service., However, the next day my account was used at Walmart for $345.12. Fortunately, my VISA noted this odd amount and cancelled it. Will not be going back!!! This is too bad as we had really enjoyed the restaraunt, but somewhere there is a problem. BEWARE,!!!

I've come here on many occasions and I have really enjoyed the service and quality. The chips and salsa are always consistent flavor wise. If you like SPICY there is a secret green salsa. Maria is amazing and she is always running around making sure everyone is feeling comfortable and enjoying themselves. This restaurant has been here in our community for years and from my experience it's really no surprise!! I will always bring guests from out of town here especially on weekends as the vibe is really fun and family friendly.
