Restaurant is filthy unsanitary wouldn't trust eat pizza from this restaurant plus the staff get smug and condescending. They also use DoorDash for merchant requested deliveries and steal DoorDash drivers tips when people use it through the DoorDash app you actually get your tip, but when they request it through celestinos merchant requested delivery there is never a customer tip because restaurant farms it to staff. I have a done bunch of these pizza bag merchant required deliveries for Celestinos and I've gotten stiffed multiple times. I always try to avoid and not accept delivering for Celestinos. 6 miles for $4 and most of their customers are unaware or love to take advantage of people by wasting their gas, car maintenance and time. Celestinos are clowns.

Ordered delivery. I wouldn't say it's comparable to NY pizza, besides they fact that it is thin and foldable. Cheese and sauce are good but not NY. The crust is nice. Overall, good pizza.

Meh... calzone wasn't cooked all the way, nor filled all the way. I go in and wait and there's a loud and obnoxious debate between employees going on the whole time. Waiting for sauce at the end and the guy stops to change music on his phone while I stand there waiting with everything else in my order ready. Cheesy bread was done and sitting way before calzone was done, they didn't even know I had cheesy bread until I reminded them and they looked underneath and pulled it out. Dry and inconsistent. I wouldn't return.

I'm a New Yorker. Due to the 2018 Campfire, Celestinos permanently closed their Paradise restaurant. Driving to Chico is well worth the drive. Pizza or Eggplant Parmesan, both are great.
Almost $40 for a 18 inch pizza 3 toppings. Wow greasy and way chewey crest.Frozen dough? Waste of money!!! Barstool sports wouldn't even bother with this one I bet

Tonight they left my Parmesan and oregano off of my mozzarella sticks for the second time. I don't feel like a valued customer while shopping there & the price is exceeding.

Great Pizza, absolute garbage customer service. People that work at the East ave location act like the customer should feel lucky to be in their presence. They also take FOREVER to cook a pizza. They say 15-20 min….its NEVER under an hour. Came in at 715pm the other night wanting a few slices but since they were closing in 45 min they weren’t able to make em…..what!? I was told that the last hour was “clean up time” for them and they don’t make any new pizzas. So in other words, employees first, customers last. Just a bunch of lazy worker degenerates. I wonder if the owner knows about this ?Go to the downtown location, they are polite and fast and respectful.

The Joe Pesci is the business for people with a palate for pizza. I've supported this location because the owners supported me when I sold them a car, but not just for thar their pizza is way better tasting then the one downtown like same name but taste flavor profile on different planets I would go out of my way to go here well worth the money.

How is this locations service so bad comparing to the one downtown. The people at the front seem like they have received zero training before started working here. Maybe have your downtown folks train the people here because they don't seem to know what's going on.
