Place looks great and drinks are great but everytime I go its like they dont want me to be there. Never greeted, no smile, and multiple times I have gone they are still busy setting up. This last time, the lady said to wait 5 minutes and then proceeded to go on her phone and talk to her coworker about their schedule for the week. I would love to go back, but the customer service is severely lacking!

The teas are perfect. Avocado toast is on the most amazing bread and is so yummy. They also sell Camina bakes goods which never disappoint. What I might love most about this spot though is that it is kid-friendly. There’s a small kid nook with books and coloring materials and there’s a changing table in the bathroom. I will say I don’t believe they have high chairs. But seriously love this spot.

My favorite spot to study and hang out in Chico! The space is beautiful and relaxing. The drinks are always delicious and high quality, but at a very reasonable price point. The toasts are always great, and there is a good variety of options to choose from. Some of my favorite drinks are the iced matcha latte with lavender and the chai latte with oat milk. Be sure to check out the specials as well! Service is prompt and always friendly.

This place is awesome! I appreciate the kid corner. Everyone is always so kind the environment is nice and relaxed, music isn't too loud, the art corner is a great addition and the plants make me feel better. The menu has a nice variety and fair price.

There's no other place in Chico like the Chaihouse vibe. It's a perfect place to go solo, study or to meet up with your family, friends or business meetings. The tea and food menu is inclusive to everyone and they offer locally sourced food! They have such delicious vegan options!! The Chaihouse even has a special kids area so you can catch a break while they play. My kids love it here. The ambience is warm and inviting, the place is very clean, the staff is kind and professional and you're literally surrounded by beautiful plants. ♥️

I’ve absolutely love Chico Chai and the new Chai house is such a treat! I’ve been there a few times since they opened and highly recommend checking it out. Today I tried the Achaar Egg Toast and it was so good, it is now my favorite! Special chai today was Orange Fennel and it was also delicious. Love this place!
