Really upset about my experience today. I love chipotle, we are regulars here and usually have great service.
I went and ordered 2 burritos, one for me and one for my boyfriend. Mine was a veggie burrito, his was chicken. They totally skimped on the filling- but no big deal! I go to check out and I had my app ready to scan, showing the guy my app and everything. He said, “do you have the app to scan”? I said yes. I really don’t like complaining about businesses. Especially ones that have treated me well in the past. But today when I ordered a normal burrito, and the lady that rolled it was new. Totally understandable that wrapping burritos isn’t easy sometimes, and stuff might leak out. I watched her roll mine and it was a DISASTER.
