Ordered 2 burritos for my husband and myself... around 3:30pm on 12/26/26...Staff was very unfriendly and made our burritos so poorly they ripped and fell apart as soon as we un did the foil. I had asked the girl if she could double wrap my burrito as she was wrapping mine because it was such a mess and she just didnt respond lol! Such a waste for $30. Would recommend anywhere else or sticking to ordering a bowl since thats what your burrito will be anyway. I try to never leave bad reviews ...but the poor customer service was the cherry on top of a horrible burrito. 👎

We (party of 3) arrived around 4:30p - light traffic at the counter. We were greeted immediately and they began our orders.... ingredients (displayed) looked good with most pans clean and eye appealing. Note: my 2 guests were serviced by an female associate with a young man taking care of my order. Nice guy with a sense of humor (we had some friendly banter) as he was making my tacos 👍 Prepared foods (Steak Quesadilla, Carne Bowl, & Barbacoa Tacos) with sides of guacamole & queso were all well prepared, fresh and delicious 👍 The only zonk and the reason for the 4 stars, was that the large bag of tortilla chips we received, were a little stale. I should have returned it (but some were edible) - one way or the other, not 100% fresh. We will be back to try some other offerings (despite the higher price than expected) ~ Note: $73 / tip included

I literally haven't been to a Chipotle for probably 15 years. Now I know why. 3 carne asada tacos and a side of Queso Blanko came to 21 bucks. I went back to my office (which is less than 5 minutes away)to eat and not only were the tacos ice cold, the meat wasn't even edible, there was so much fat and toughness. I ended up tossing the food after picking them apart. Seriously need a refund.

This review is strictly for the fact that since you can't order through a drive-thru, as you are forced to pre-order, no online ordering system for them, including their own website, lets you choose just the basic bean cheese and rice burrito, which is the only burrito I eat from anywhere. You are forced to choose meat or fajitas veggies and burrito or you can't order online or on the app. It's so stupid and such an oversight and everywhere I looked online says it's a failure on their end, but it's clear they don't give a shit. So I will never be going to a Chipotle again. It's not worth going inside and waiting the insanely long line. I'm not going to get fast food like this and go stand in line LOL that's just asinine🤣

Amazing service, and I’ve never had better quality food at any other location! Tonight, the chicken was cooked perfectly and the seasonings were wonderful.
The one and ONLY complaint I will ever have for this location is that I make sure to request utensils every time I order online, and not once have I ever gotten a fork in my bag (which makes eating my burrito bowls very difficult). Otherwise, I give this five stars.
This is a great Chipotle location. The employees here are super friendly and the food is always fresh and delicious. Today Elijah was making my order and did an awesome job with everyone in line, very friendly and helpful. There was also someone doing temperature checks on the serving line, which is always a good sign for how seriously a place takes food safety. Everything was plentiful and delicious, and I have enough to take home for lunch tomorrow. :) Great job East Ave Chipotle!

I was given a table spoon of rice in my bowl. Other portions were ok, not great but average, other than the smallest scoop of rice. Over the 10 plus years of getting chipotle, I have never been given such a paltry amount of rice.
