The food tastes great, ready fast. Service was kinda strange, mostly just around paying for the food. First she wanted me to pay before I ate, then she said it was fine then she came while I was eatting and finished to sale.

Went around dinner/night time so the place was super quiet, nevertheless the food was 10/10. Ordered takoyaki and tonkotsu ramen w/ pork belly! 😋
Definitely going to visit again!

The curry ramen was one of the best meals I've had in a restaurant. And the lady who was running the place was amazing, super bubbly, friendly, and provided great service.

Delicious ramen that comes in container big enough to pour the broth in. Very filling and tons of flavor! They make a bomb takoyaki as well definitely recommend.

I would give it negative stars but since I can’t, I’ll give it one. I understand you can be understaffed but at least acknowledge us and sit us down. We waited for 25 min. Mind you, we had reservations.

The atmosphere and service was grea. The place looked clean and the staff was friendly. I ordered for pick up and even with waiting the designated time, I still had to wait a little bit longer at the restaurant for the food to be ready. Not a big deal to me, but something to note - it was toward the end of the day, so it wasn't busy at all, but could've been lack of employees or something else I wasn't aware of that caused this.I didn't really enjoy the food. I got their Tonkotsu Ramen and a friend of mine got their Curry Ramen. It was overall pretty mediocre. Didn't have much of a flavor and the noodle vs other ingredients ratio was pretty off (in favor of noodles). The noodles themselves also weren't the best, they were on the thicker side and again, just lacking flavor.Unfortunately for me, the worse part was the meat. I didn't have the option of choosing the meat (that, or somehow I overlooked it) and turns out I don't enjoy pork belly at all. This could just be a me thing and you may enjoy it more if you did, but I didn't at all. It was squishy and mushy and poor/lacking flavoring to me in general. You can specify the spicy level that you want your food to be. Me, being one who can't tolerate a lot of spice was uncertain about how spicy this food could get with the different levels, so I went with no spice. Looking back, adding spice may have given it more of a flavor profile. My friend commented on the curry ramen to be mediocre as well. He did add spice to it, I'm not sure what level though.Even with taking into consideration that the type of meat was a personal dislike, as I have no comparison for how pork belly is to taste otherwise (nor will I likely try it ever again anywhere else) the fact that *overall* the meal was lacking in flavor and ratio of noodles to other ingredients was off (in my opinion) then I cannot recommend this ramen place and am unsure if I would eat here again. If I do, I would opt for something else to try, but I wasn't impressed.

I was in town visiting, COCO was recommended by some friends and boy do I regret going.. NOT because the food was bad but because I cannot find any other Ramen that comes close the the taste of the ramen I had at COCOS I’ve had RAMEN in four different states since my visit and I cannot enjoy it because all I could think about is the warm spicy ramen from COCOS I cannot wait to visit again and enjoy more than one bowl of ramen.

Food was absolutely delicious, best ramen I have had in a long time. It satisfied my pregnant ol’lady so that’s a bigger plus!! We both thoroughly enjoyed the ramen bowls as well as their fresh potstickers, so dang fire!!

Kid-friendliness: Alcohol isn’t shoved down your throat and service doesn’t go down for only getting water. No vulgar music and clean atmosphere

The best ramen in Chico and Redding. Price is fair and the environment is so like in Japan. The chicken wing was nice, too. Definitely worth a visit even you are not local.

A little taste of Japan... This place definitely hit the spot. They have amazing options for raman bowls, all of them good. The service was great, the prices were good and the decorations were great. This place is super busy too. In the time since we got there like five or six door dash orders came in to pick up. Obviously they are doing something right here.
