They never answer the phones and their new Mango smoothie almost paralyzed me upon taste - but they work hard and the pizza is the best deal in town 20 years running.

I loved my costco experience. And the workers are great too, especially this short guy with a beard wearing a goofy t shirt and his taller friend with red hair they just lightened the mood oh and we're they handsome i would set them up with sister but you know their taken. and chelsea in the pharmacy, she was pretty and I had to wait a little longer for my prescription but her positive out look made it worth it I bet she likes buying her boyfriends kid a lot of stuff.-Lord Foreskin out

Not very impressed. The clothes are always a huge mess and everything. seems very unorganized. compared with the other Costco's I have seen, this one just is not run well.

We have been using the hearing aid department for several years now. We are kind of getting tired of Danny's rudeness and Carrie's grumpiness. They both make coming in not a pleasant encounter.

This Costco is probably the worst one to come to. Employees always seem annoyed or hate that they had to come in, food is always expiring as soon as you buy it, and the lack of consistency is always there. Trying to find someone to help you find something will probably be the biggest waste of time considering they'll always ignore you or say that they're out before even checking

I love this store don't get me wrong, but my main complaint is the lack of consistency when buying the same item repeatedly. I paid a lot of money for a package of the sliced beef roast to make beef jerky. It used to be thicker, I made jerky last night and it was so thin. It was like paper and just fell apart. It was also extremely fatty a complete waste of $45. I am extremely unhappy. I probably won't even be able to eat it. It's like eating fat, which basically it is. Also, I realized when I got home that the expiration date was the very day I bought it. Cutting it a little close.

I love everything about my local Costco Warehouse Store. The convenient hours, tire shop, huge selection, samples, hearing and optical departments, pharmacy, deli, roasted chickens, hot dogs, and more. Plus I feel secure when I am shopping there. A happy member since 1993!

Re tires: Buying the tires is a process. They recommend you go in person to purchase the tires. The line is a bit slow as they are understaffed. Then you make an appointment once the tires arrive. The appointment took an hour and a half. The next day my tire went flat on the freeway on-ramp at night with my husband and dog in the car. I drove on it flat for a short distance to move it to the shoulder. AAA put on my spare so I drove it back to Costco. They saw me immediately which was nice. They said the valve was defective, that they replaced the valve, but put my old tire back on. They wouldn't replace the tire after driving on it flat, stating they saw no damage. They offered for me to come back the next day to speak with a manager because I was concerned about the tire quality being compromised. I came back and they were expecting me. The manager was super nice and replaced the tire because of the circumstances. Five stars because I really appreciated their kindness and getting me all situated with a tire that hadn't been compromised. Thank you!!

Their Pizza such a great value that I get it probably once a week is a quick family dinner. Also, it's a good quick stop for a fast and cheap lunch on the run during the weekends.

Great price on food. Workers are super friendly even when it's so busy. Customers can be kind of rude, bringing carts into the dining area. Great though, would recommend at least trying the Polish sausage or brisket and slaw

So happy they are keeping the price of their hot dog and soda the same. Just wish they kept the polish dog. That was my favorite.

*Update** I've changed my mind (again) re:Costco, or rather, Costco has made some changes the last few years and I think either they've had a change in management perhaps, or just a new round of employees, but either way, it's always been a really great store. Especially the Chico one. (Have you been to the ones in the Bay Area? Especially the South Bay? Ugh) It's not just Costco itself I'm rating, but the employees! The Chico Costco employees are super fast and efficient. Sadly, Chico in general has changed over the last 20 years and the extraordinarily kind, friendly and open Chicoans that used to exist are slowly starting to dissipate, and sure once and a while you'll find a really friendly person, but it's almost like living in a big city now. We are a big city! Chico's mentality is more "city-like" now. What I'm trying to say is that my last review of Costco wasn't particularly fair because I based it on the service, and it's not Costco's fault if it's becoming harder and harder to find that kind of customer service, *especially* if you need your employees to be super speedy. No time to chat! That's why Costco's lines are really fast. Their employees really are above average and faster than any other store that I can think of. WinCo is actually pretty fast, considering how many people shop there. Costco hires intelligent people with common sense, and they're efficient *and* nice. It's true that you won't find a lot of exceptionally nice ones (especially the younger ones, as I mentioned in my last review) but as I say, that's becoming a rarity these days. We'd have to live in Ohio or Iowa to find people like that I think. Costco is Costco, and it's got great bargains (as long as you're looking for bulk) and they're still just as great as they've always been. The cost of food has gone up the past few years, and Costco isn't raising their prices any more than anybody else. And that's about it! It's worth the membership. I do wish they gave us more $ back per each dollar spent for the Executive Membership cost, I think that would be my only complaint. That and improve their PIZZA. What happened?? They used to have pretty good pizza (for the price) but now it's all grease. Actually, I take it back. Don't improve the pizza, it's too tempting. I'll continue to buy hotdogs for just the kids, and I'll eat when I get home; I don't need good pizza tempting me. The churros are tempting enough.
