I honestly have no idea why we keep coming back. The team members do nothing but complain about each other the guests and food is not great.

Watching the waitresses talking about the customers! Lipstick on my wife's coffee cup! Was given a not even half full cup of coffee and when I tried to get her attention she gave me the side eye and ignored me! This place is getting worse!

I ordered the linguica scramble. The food was decent, would have been better with less seasoning salt. For the price I've had more food for my money elsewhere.
Service was decent. The waitress didn't take note of a change my wife made to her order and so she didn't have her eggs done the way she asked. However, she was attentive and made sure we were satisfied, checking appropriately through the meal.
The paintings were beautiful. However the cleanliness leaves much to be desired. If you eat here make sure you are seated on the sides, never the middle. They appear to never clean the dust from the ceiling and dust bunnies rule the ceiling with an iron fist... I just don't want any dust bunnies attacking me or my food by dropping on me...

Very disappointed. Never had a service staff snap at me and tell me I am wrong. Didn't listen to anything I had to say. Rather got defensive and disagreed with me. 35 years in the service industry and never been talked to like that. Never had toast there before. I knew it had the nasty grill butter on it. I asked and was told if I wanted real butter I had to ask. Umm what part of that was I informed? No signage, nothing verbally mentioned. Seriously? I would have fired you for talking to any customers like that. What is wrong with the industry now? Has service gone that far down hill? Stand around do nothing and get mad at the customers and tell them they are wrong is beyond me. Owner if your reading this I'll be expecting a phone call.

Only leaving 2 star review because the food is delicious, but man the service is something that I can never seem to receive here. Our server literally only took our order and that’s it. Didn’t see her one other time. She Didn’t even refill our drinks or deliver our check.it was other random servers coming up to us. I am tired of sit down establishments ASSUMING they will automatically receive a 20% gratuity when they provide ZERO customer service. No ones service here is ever “tip-worthy” & I’ve been here a good number of times.

The place was warm , the lady didn't bring me coffee creamers till I ask , never ask me for a drink refill , the potatoes tasted like water.
