Service is nice. They are also dog-friendly (I saw a gentleman bringing the dog there). Food is ok (we took Blueberry pancakes and Veggie omelet and a side of shredded pork). Roasted potatoes were too

I could talk about the great service, cozy atmosphere, reasonable prices, locally sourced ingredients, etc. But the only thing you need to know is that I just had the best breakfast of my entire life. Please go here. Chico finally has a phenomenal breakfast place again, and I want them to stick around. 11/10 will be coming back regularly.

I came here with my son and his girlfriend. I had a chicken sandwich with french fries. My son had the eggs benedict, and his girlfriend had the "hangover fries". We all enjoyed our food. I especially liked the French fries that came with the chicken sandwich. They appeared to have a nicely seasoned batter. They serve beer and mimosas. We went at 11:00 on a Saturday and had a five minute wait. Lunch starts at 10. The waffles and pancakes looked intriguing but too sweet for my palette. My son was looking for a Denny's like breakfast place and thankfully he was disappointed. Coffee/beer were $5-6 nice to have, but a little steep. Most plates were between $10-$20. Service was good, food was amazing, and with a full house it was hard to have a conversation without shouting.

Phenomenal breakfast food, served in a wonderfully decorated, sunlit building, eating here has been the culinary highlight of our trip to Chico. The pancakes are to die for, the herb roasted potatoes are hands down the best I've ever had. Come with an appetite, they don't skimp on the portion sizes. We seriously considered just hanging out a while longer so that we could order lunch there too, but we had things to do so we'll hopefully be back before too long.

My take about Deja Vu is this - if you come here, come for a very sweet pastry or grain breakfast. I'm talking, oreo pancakes, fruity pebble waffles, cinnamon roll French toast, etc. I think this is their specialty. I decided to try their potatoes, eggs, English muffin, and bacon, and I must say, it was disgusting. The bacon was cold and flavorless, the potatoes were so fried it tasted like 90% batter and 10% potatoes, the eggs were only serve over medium for some reason but mine came extremely over easy, and the English muffin was chewy and stale. Not to mention, a house coffee was $5. That's a black coffee for $5....wow. At least is was drinkable.Really nice service though. Very attending and food probably took 30 minutes to come out.The atmosphere is okay, but the furniture needs an update. The chair I was sitting was extremely uncomfortable. My group is all in our 20's and we all left with our backs aching. Some of the others enjoyed their food more than I did, but I seriously still Shutter thinking about those eggs.

super relaxed atmosphere. Staff was friendly and very attentive in refilling my coffee. I had the cinnamon toast crunch French toast, (one of the specials of the day) it was amazing! I recommend getting a side of potatoes too, since they carry the chili gods hot sauce. Not that it needed it. Highly recommend checking this place out!

Holly Connolly, that was the best food I've had in 6 months. Eggs benedict and add a Ruben Sandwich to go, + $2 mimosa Friday? I'm in shock how dank that
