First time ordering from Del Taco and it was delicious. I dined during a rainy evening so there wasn't a whole lot of people there.
The order came out fast and the hot sauce has a good spicy kick to it. Would definitely order again.

Walked in around 7-8pm, January 1st, and asked for no tomatoes on my 2 burritos. Not only did they put tomatoes, they put the hottest sauce the restaurant has in both burritos. I’ve been going here daily for the past few days and that’s never happened. I thought I had found my new favorite place to eat. Very disappointed. Back to Taco Bell I go. :( I’m always polite to everyone I don’t understand why someone would do this to me on new years.

My kids and I went through the drive thru. It wasn't a long wait. Only a few cars at this time of day. The employee was patient while.we checked out the menu as quickly as possible. He got everything right and was polite. We got our food and it was all very good. Definitely worth the money. We will be back.

Lady there was extremely rude and spoke so abrasively I just couldn’t believe she worked in the service industry. No name tag but she had a 2150 tattoo on her hand. She is the biggest reason for the 2 stars, if that tell you just how shocking her language was to us. The young gentleman that actually helped us was super kind. He was the only good part of that location. The floors were the stickiest floors I think I’ve ever walked on. You know the sound nails on a chalkboard make? Well the sticky floors gave me the same sensation, it was terrible. My husbands sandals almost fell off.

My sister and I go to del taco regularly, but i never once tried there epic burrito so my sister and I ordered one. It was good until i found that almost half of my burrito had hard beans in them. My sister got the hard beans too, so picked them out and our burrito got smaller. This is not to bash the store or whos working there, but I want them to be aware to quality check their food.
I go here vs taco bell now. The standard taco is what I like. Service is a little mediocre, drive thru is super slow but person at window is usually very nice. If you go inside its like they forgot they have to manage the front end. But overall the food is decent, they just need to tidy it up and be a little more customer service oriented.
