Wow!! Not your typical Denny's. It was sooo much better then other times we have dined in. The place was clean, staff was excellent! We never once had to wait for our waitress. She was so attentive. The food was perfect, flavorful and good portion size. My kid was so excited that the brought back spaghetti and meatballs! We will definitely be returning more often.

They forgot the stuffing with my turkey dinner order for Denny’s app delivery on Thanksgiving Day in Chico. When I called, the worker hung up abruptly after mentioning they were understaffed and that there was nothing she could do. Unfortunately, it was not one of the better Denny’s experiences, and I would not recommend ordering for a corporate team or staff event. Next time, I will have to skip tipping.

Denny's has the food quality you'd expect. It's a plus for recipients of EBT as it is accepted there. I was however not crazy about the blinding light shade just above my head as it could easily be knocked into and being in the middle of the table.

One thing to not get at Denny's is the BBQ chicken burger the meat was chewy and It made me sick I was throwing up and got food poisoning NEVER GOING BACK!!.

I will say this Denny's is much better than the other. However, its food comes from a box and we all know that. However there is a little care in this one. If you have heart and you put your heart into that you're gonna make it look good and taste better, psychology. I will say the manager, there is amazing. Great guy, great spirit, short staffed and he still kept on. You have a good manager there. Don't let him go. Most important is your service and how you treat people. That's what makes food really good. Thank you Justin. I had the coffee switched to coke and the 55+ meal chicken fried steak and Lisa had turkey sandwich onion rings. Almost left our food there and Justin saved the day.

Food was decent, but our server Chloe was so pleasant! She was attentive, helpful, and kind. Whatever we needed she would grab with a smile. Highly recommend, especially for the friendly service.
I'd not been to a Dennys for quite awhile and was pleasantly surprised to eat at the one in Chico during business travel. The dining room was very clean and staff seemed happy to see me (oddly). I tried the new bourbon steak and potatoes and it was excellent. Steak was cooked perfectly and flavor was excellent. The jukebox was a nice touch too. Kudos to the waitress Chloe, as she was very friendly and took care of me.

The food was decent, parts of my food were over done or under done. The waitress was giving the bare minimum(this was around 5pm/6pm on a Thursday) she seemed to be having an off day. I don’t recommend if you’re looking for a relaxing quick meal. Not only was it me feeling this way but there were customers also shouting at the server to get her attention. The workers all look like they would rather be anywhere else. The food was something i could’ve grab at a gas station

Always great i always go in the morning and the cook knows my order lol. And the waut staff is always great aka Maria and Kathrin. They always try to keep it clean and are respectful to homeless even when they are running a muck. 10/10 will go again.
