I gave the atmosphere a low score only because there is no dine in. The food is good, especially for the price and not having 1 hour long wait time for pick up. I like the bacon, chicken ranch pizza and the jalapeño cheese bread. They always have good specials. Personally I dont love the red sauce, but my roommate does, so I guess it just depends on preference. I have always had really good customer service experiences, even when it's busy on a holiday like Halloween.

I never leave reviews but I have worked in service for over 20 years and they have the worst customer service ever. I called to ask when my pizza that I ordered online would be ready and he had no idea whether it had even been started in the process. I asked if he could go and check the oven and he said no. I then asked if I could speak to the manager and he said no. He said that they were making 45 pizzas and he could not help me. The least he could have done was to be patient and polite if it’s gonna take 3 hours then just tell me that. Never ordering from here again.

I ordered two large pizzas at 6:15 today. Was informed the order would be ready in 18 minutes for car pickup at 6:33. I arrived at 6:40, 7 minutes after expected time, after waiting I walked in asked for my order and was informed they hadn't even started it yet and I was 5 orders down and it would be at least another half hour before they start my order, so I canceled it. I am very upset 😡 I stopped what I was doing and drove there for nothing on 8/1/2025. When to their customer service site it is worthless Sticking with Costco Pizza Not planning on ever going back!!!

Ordered a medium olive topping pizza on 7/29/2025. Best Pizza i ever had.
Tod them to bring change for 100. Couldn’t even do that. Delivery took 30+ mins then guy told Us he couldn’t take the 100 we specified we had. Never ordering from here again. Had my pizza in hand after waiting for so long, then got it taken away because he couldn’t break 100.
