Had a 5- star experience at the hut on Humboldt. I ordered ahead but was unable to pick it up at the specified time because I was unable to use my car. Ended up walking to their hut, showing my order receipt and they were very understanding and made my order without charging me twice. I was so relieved they were willing and exceptionally nice. Yall made my day thank you!!!!

Employees are fantastic and they get 5 stars, but it is APPALLING that they are being required to work in a building with insufficient AC when it is this hot. Specifically, the DB on Humboldt in Chico. 118 today!!! No, they do not complain but I can see the sweltering red faces and sweat dripping off of them. I am dumping my stock bc there is no way I will support a company that cares this little for their staff.
