Fantastic, super friendly service!I was surprised to find out they don't have drip coffee but, an extra shot of espresso in my carmelizer and all was well ?I highly recommend them over the other well known coffee establishment that will go un-named. Keep up the great work

Definitely my favorite coffee spot in Chico. Worth every penny. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I've never had a bad drink from any of the Dutch Bros I've visited.Also want to add that my two dogs LOVE their pup cups.
This is by far my favorite Dutch in Chico. I feel the baristas are always super kind, while still maintaining efficiency.

I could write this review faster than the service this morning. I've been to Dutch a lot. Lived here a long time. I was only behind one car and the person in front of me along with the guy in the window would not stop talking. Even after he gave the girl her drink they still continued to sit there and talk for a good while I waited. I literally had to get out of my car to ask if I could leave because I was going to be late for work. I was generous and that was ridiculous. No coffee, all I got to hear was a conversation that lasted way too long. Seriously disappointed. Will not be going back.

Great establishment. Even with a line of cars they had time to take my order at the walk up window and I was out of there in 5 minutes. They even reminded me about getting my points with the phone number. 5/5
Was visiting the Chico area and stopped by here . Shout out to the girl who took our drive way order - she was ultra patient with me as I fumbled a super confusing order- anyways . Highly recommend iced annihilator with soft top and extra cookie crumbles . Was the perfect weekend treat coffee .

I went and got coffee from here and when I got back to my house I had taken one sip of the drink, I put it down and the lid came off, I wanted the lid so I tried to put it back on but I was too aggressive so the drink spilled. I was upset but I went back to Dutch Bros to let them know this happened and I was going to get another drink, but they said they will provide me with another drink for free! The service is great and so are the staff 10/10 recommend.

I have officially become addicted to Dutch Bros Fan Nation they have some of the best drinks that I've ever had and they had such a great variety doesn't matter where you go they'll treat you with respect they tried to keep a smile on your face and get your orders out as fast as possible can't say enough good things it's all worth visiting if you haven't gone and definitely download the app so that you can earn your free drinksDietary restrictions: If you're allergic to certain things or can't have dairy they have a substitutionsParking: This location Esplanade you can park out on the street but some of the other Dutch Brothers they have parking lots and parking spots right next like right in front of them and it's handicap acceptable accessible so you never have to worry about parking if you need to get out and walk up to the window or you used to drive through that any of the branchesKid-friendliness: They have some really great good drinks for kids with some really funny names kids really love the cups since they're especially made for them so it's just a wholesome place to go for the whole family especially for kidsWheelchair accessibility: Yeah they just wheelchair accessible and all the places I've been to they have a walk-up window roll up window it's plenty of room for Wheelchairs and other devices
