Honestly, I usually love Dutch, anyone who knows me knows I'm a dutch girl. This one in Chico off cohasset did not do me justice. There was only 2 cars in line, 3 drinks to be made, yet it took a minute, and while that usually wouldn't bother me, it did because they had all the time in the world to make my drink, and they made it way wrong. And my drink is a $15 drink and I always tip better than most, you can ask all my dutch guys in Redding. I'm never rude, always polite and nice. And the way their stand was set up, it was so confusing and ridiculous, they had cones everywhere making a pathway the lead to a dead end, one line open at 1 pm, that's nuts usually 2nd lines don't close til 4-5. And the staff weren't that great. Dude that took the order was fine, no complaints, the girls on the inside not so great. I'm sad to say, I poured my dutch out, that was a waste and disgusting. It's very easy to follow directions,yet when your mind is on goofing off and bsing around, things happen. No problem with joking and playing to make work funner, yet y'all need to learn how to work and play. If you can't do your job right while playing then play when you don't have customers, we don't really have that problem in Redding.

Went to the Dutch bros on Cohasset at 10:20pm and there was a female worker outside taking our order and made the entire experience very uncomfortable. Both my husband and were spoken to very rudely and we ordered two “coffees”, the same as 1000x before she interrupted “we don’t have coffees.” And didn’t help us any further. This was an awful experience due to this lady

This is a drive-thru-only coffee shop with a charming vibe and excellent customer service. The staff was friendly, efficient, and made the experience quick and pleasant. We ordered the Golden Eagle iced, an extra hot Grasshopper(secret menu) , and an Irish Breve, all mediums. All of the drinks were flavorful and well-made. Overall, it's a solid stop for coffee lovers with great service and a good variety of drinks, though the pricing on extras could be more reasonable.

The initial service was decent, but that wasn't the problem. The cupholder they gave me fell apart right after I picked my coffees up from my car. Like straight up disintegrated. The stickers on the top of the cups weren't put on right, so I got hot coffee all over the front of my body. The coffee itself was definitely not worth the trouble taste-wise. Never coming back here.

I shouldn't go so low on the rating because Dutch Bros is a great place with beautiful friendly people that work there. At this location I ordered an iced coffee drink and it had no flavor. I was expecting some flavor or maybe the ice & water diluted the taste. But Dutch Bros is still a great place.

The manager I had today was an ABSOLUTE SWEETHEART!!!! didn’t catch his name (4-7-25) we sang together with the music playing and he had such a wonderful smile and personality!!!
