I have been calling over a month for them to fix my coffee machine. It keeps brewing, and over fills all over the counter and the floor. It will happen 3 to 5 times a day. Sometimes it will brew2 and a half pots before stopping. I called twice this week and both people said they will put in an emergency on it, but nothing. So, hopefully if one of my waitresses burns themselves or slips in the coffee they will be paying the bill. It's ridiculous to have to clean this up when you are busy. Do better Farmer Bothers. We have been using you since 1988. And this is how you repay your customers.

No representative visits since august of 2016. Maybe out of business? Have since gone elsewhere.--edit. Talked to customer service today. I was dropped because we're too small a business. "your order volume was too low", according to them.
