The sandwiches themselves were fast and great, but it was $13 along with a drink+fries/side combo for $7.5 and extra ranch for $1 which seems excessive for a casual sit down no-wait diner. The fries/sides were also underwhelming, the menu needed updating (half of it was written in sharpie over the original), there was a pen written sign on the counter that said “will not help if on your phone :)”, the soda machine was on it’s last leg along with slushee ice plus flat soda, and our cashier also seemed bothered. I was excited to try this place but maybe I’ll order to go next time 🤷🏼♀️🤷🏼♀️🤷🏼♀️
I rarely throw out food but it was really bad, and 2 of our reasonable requests were denied. They wouldn't even cut my sandwich in half. You know when you leave bread in the toaster or oven too long and it comes out hard as ceramic glass? That's how the buns were on this sandwich. Pinching it would hardly break it before it turned to dust. I tried to eat the inside because I had spent 20 bucks on it but something in there was the most salty thing I've tried in a few years. I'm not sure what they put in there but after 2 bites, my girlfriend and I were done. I took the loss, didn't even argue with them but I was pissed honestly. I never throw out food but this was trash. And them being rude, denying simple customer service requests, was icing on the cake. Now I realize why Fast Eddys had police at their door for pulling a gun on their customers. Not a friendly place.
A bit hard to find if you’re not from this area. They have a great system once you arrive for pick up. Call a number, then they bring your order to your car, with a smile. The sandwiches were incredible! I want to try the fried pickles next time.
Enjoyed sipping draft beer while waiting for to go order.
This place has gone down hill. Used to be good, used to be fast. Horrible customer service after they made our sandwiches wrong, still tried to eat it but the sandwich was just nasty. Long are days when fast eddies was the smaller place just making good sandwiches. Sometimes bigger isn’t better.

They should rename this place to "Eddie's Terrible Service Shop". When you walk into a business, the common gesture is to acknowledge the customers, maybe even fake a smile, that is if they train the employees. I was standing by the counter, and not a single person said a word to me for over 10 minutes. If I wasn't picking up an already paid order, I would simply leave the premise, and dine elsewhere.
It was my first time ordering there, and the food was definitely not worth the poor service. The sandwich was so salty I felt sick afterwards.

Definitely avoid this place due to the piss poor service. It was during the dinner time and the whole place was ran by one waitress who needs to take orders, serve beer, and pack orders. She probably was overwhelmed but definitely lack of any customers service skills. There was no acknowledgement, care, smile, and prioritization skills. As much I want to support local businesses but I would recommend yall to eat elsewhere, cause this place ain't it.
Also I ordered the Beach Bum, it was pastrami, bacon, cream cheese and avocado. The sandwich was so salty it could kill a colony of snails.

Huge menu! Food was made fast. The menu can be confusing because it’s not very clear on prices, portions, and nutritional value. The sporty restaurant/bar was a neat ascetic. The Staff were nice. The restaurant was a little hard to locate. Parking was in the back.

Truly some of the best sandwiches I’ve had. I’ve lived in Chico for years and only recently found it it about Fast Eddie’s and I’m so impressed. Excellent food, great service, and great prices as well. Cannot recommend it enough. Have not tried anything I did not like !

No complimentary water. You have to buy a 2. bottle if you want water with your 14. sandwich. Never again fast Eddies.

Well, after I wrapped up everything in Chico that needed wrapping...except for Mary Clammer's box , I asked around for the best sandwich shop.
I got about 12...if you want this, then go there..but if you want one of them, then go over here...And out of all that, Fast Eddie's Sandwich Shop popped up 7 times out of 12.. My kinda odds! So, off I went to see Fast Eddie. Well, let me tell you something...it was about the best chicken sandwich on the planet...Chico for sure! ☆☆☆☆☆
You never know if you can come inside or not. They put up a sign that says online orders only. The online menu doesn’t let you make any adjustments to anything and doesn’t fully say what is on a lot of the menu items so you can’t be sure what you are a going to get.
The food is good but it’s become too unpredictable to eat here anymore.

Best sandwiches in Chico. I've been coming here for years and the owner always greets me by name and remembers my order. And it's amazing every time! The Spicy Chicken #12 is so flavorful. I love being able to order online ahead of time and it's waiting for me when I get there all warm and melty and delicious.
Kid-friendliness: My boys love their sandwiches and watching sports in the dining area.

Was great! Ordered online. After I arrived she gave me my drinking cup and by the time I poured ice and tea into my cup she had brought my food out to me.
The place was extremely clean. It was just before they closed so I was the only one there.
It is owned by a gentleman who grew up in Chico.
Go check it out. You will be glad you did.
