So this is the best sandwich joint in Chico, possibly in the whole of the North Valley. Every sandwich I’ve had there (third time going in) has been a masterpiece. Service is, at times, chilly. But think of it as a place back East where no one is gonna hold your hand, and it’ll make perfect sense. I love the sandwiches at fast eddies so there's no complaints there. This has more to do with the service. Placed an order at 11:20am and order said it would be ready at 11:49am. I got there and called and was told it would be out shortly. Waited 15-20 minutes and still not ready. I called in to do a check in on the status and was told to wait in a rude tone. The crazy thing is I did wait... an extra 15-20 minutes and I wasn't trying to be rude but see what was going...
I’m only leaving 4 stars because they ARENT OPEN ON SUNDAY!!! HOW CAN YOU HAVE A BUNCH OF TVS AND FOOTBALL MEMORABILIA EVERYWHERE AND NOT BE OPEN ON SUNDAY?! Get it together guys. I want to give you money. Be open.
