Thought I wanted to eat here, but stood at the front for 10 minutes while the waitresses talked, looked at us, then walked away. It was 5:45 and the place was mostly empty. Went somewhere else.

Favorite restaurant in Chico! Love the patio, delicious Italian inspired dishes, and the wine choices are always good. The staff and owner are so nice and helpful. Love the deli counter with all of the togo food. But we quickly realize at home how much better that same food is in the restaurant. Menu is always changing and we’re excited to see what’s new each time we go.

Definitely in my top 5 restaurants in Chico. The patio is great. The food is good and satisfying and reasonably priced. It's currently my favorite pizza in town as well though that may change.

I absolutely love this place. I’ve been wanting to try it and finally had the chance. They were able to squeeze us into the bar for dinner and we had the absolute best time. Excellent service.Crostini appetizer: Absolutely delicious, I do wish the leaves had been more bit size or sliced into ribbons as the bigger leaves move around while trying to eat this.Their special was shrimp and polenta: the shrimp are tail on, which bothers me at any restaurant, the polenta was decent but I wish it had added cheese to be a little more flavorful. The red sauce was fine. They had added green onion to this that was sautéed in the red sauce, but since they were whole and not cut up or used as a garnish, left a little to be desired.Salmon entree: when I tell you this is the best salmon I’ve ever had. Absolute perfection, on a bed of mash potato paired with a caper sauce and broccolini. The salmon skin was crispy and divine. 10/10 recommend, go get this and please make it for me every day.Special butterscotch pudding desert with lemon shortbread and salted caramel: very tasty!Chocolate dessert thing: this was SO decadent. Perfect for two people, I was so full already it was hard to finish alone. Topped with gorgeous creme fresh and hazelnuts.Drinks: we both had The Grand, make sure to squeeze your lemon into it, it truly brings out the excellence in that drink!!

Worst italian food I have ever had, and I don't mind Papa Johns. It's atrocious to call themselves "Neapolitan pies", all it is a thick undercooked dough with a pile of salad on top, raw, uncooked, and you would choke on all the stalks.Burrata is an insult to its name, pilesof stale bread soaked in $5 oil.On top they would cheat you with the bill, overcharging. This place is an embarassement and a pathetic excuse for anything italian.

I love this restaurant. Feels and tastes authentic. Chico doesn't have many places like this anymore. Best dining in town.

I have been a loyal customer for 8/9 years visiting well over 30 times a year.I always felt so safe visiting alone because the staff are usually so friendly. Grana was my go to recommendation for out of towners or friends looking for a new dinner spot. The last few visits have been disappointing with staff that isn't the friendliest. On 9/22 I decided to treat myself after a long week. There were 10 tables open and I was the only person in my party. The hostest seemed like she didn't want to seat because I was alone. She then stated there was a 15 minute wait. (Mind you there were about 10 tables open) I was really looking forward to my special treat so I gave her my name and number and in my car directly infront of the window. I never got a call nor did she try to see if I was outside. I honestly am so disappointed in Grana and how they have been the last few months. After this experience they lost a long time loyal customer who loved them so dearly.
