Never again going to GREAT HARVEST on Esplanade next to East Lassen; in my life again, EVER. I have never experienced such a horrible experience at a BREAD place. & if you know me personally, I’m a really nice person unless you do something to ME. Anyway, they’re extremely rude and I will never ever go back to that place. Ever. I have noticed a significant decline in the quality of service at this location. Today 3 employees failed to greet or acknowledge me. I called in my order and gave them ample time.
