I have gone to Trader Joe’s and passed by this food truck and went “That must be a really good place to eat” and I finally went for the first time and then I went back 3 more times in a two week period. Their burrito supremes are incredible! Portion size is amazing, the staff are super friendly, and the service is fast. Oh, and the food is super delicious - I would recommend this to everyone looking for Mexican food and who want a good deal and good quality!

I ordered one of each kind. Sorry I forgot to take a picture. So let us begin. Loved, loved, loved the chicken. It had some kind of red sauce. Was not dry. The chicken was not spicy. So my first place. The El Pastor tacos, nice flavor, again some kind of red sauce, not spicy. So my second place. The beef was my least favorite. Again not spicy. (You can ask for spicy salsa). So all in all a good place to visit. Prices are reasonable, to the area.i came on a Saturday after lunch, so it wasn’t busy. The people were very friendly. And brought my food out to me, again because it wasn’t busy. I’m not to sure about the location. Seems like it is a good location. I’m the parking lot next to B of A and Wendy’s. I think I’ll be coming back.

Was an amazing 65° sunny December day and the tacos that Florencio served me were absolutely mouthwatering and delicious anytime I want taco. This is the stand I will come to. I highly recommend it that El Pastor is my favorite.

In my quest to try every taco truck in Chico, Habanero's was next in line. Ordered a regular asada burrito and a regular pastor burrito. The lady working the register had a wonderful smile and was very nice, she even brought my order out to me when it was ready. Unfortunately the food itself was quite underwhelming. As it seems to be with several other trucks, the burritos were good sized but there was too little meat and way too much rice. The flavors were very tame, bordering on bland, and sadly the asada was mostly gristle. The pastor was juicy but again, not much flavor. Overall, the food was below average but the service was spectacular. With so many other trucks available, I will not be a repeat customer at this one.

This is my go-to place for tacos. The al pastor or chicken are our favorites. If you like spicy, their spicy salsa is flavorful and has some good heat to it.
Honestly hands down the best truck in Chico!! They never disappoint and flavor is always on point! You CANNOT go wrong with Habanero's!!
