Finally made the stop to HelenGrace! What a find! Tasted nibbles of: strawberry cookie shortcake, jam shortbread cookie, oatmeal cookie & amazing chicken pot pie! I will be back next time in town!
We got the a jar of nectarine preserves and a Vanilla USA pie. I wish I had taken a picture before my family demolished it. So good! The crust was exactly as it should be, the vanilla custard was so yummy, not too sweet. And the fruit was fresh and ripe. The owner, (Helen? Grace? Helen Grace? I am not sure, should have paid attention.) took care of us and she was so kind. The bakery smelled so good. It was so inviting and warm in there. 10/10 would highly recommend. Will be putting...
My husband and I our obsessed with Helen Grace Homemade Pastries! This place is a gem in our community. A pie shop where everything is homemade and heart and soul is poured into all the recipes! The “Heathen” might just be the BEST pie we have ever had. A pie that is impossible to share!!!
