Really high quality IHOP here in chico! Just what you expect, nice fluffy pancakes, perfectly crispified bacon. Only bummer was I didn't see anyone HOP. Kinda think their name is clickbait.

The food was okay. While they were focused on sanitizing everything they neglected basic cleaning of the booth and window we sat next to. The staff was friendly but seemed to be working too many tables to adequately serve the customers needs, including ours.

I haven't been to IHOP in years. I ordered the steak omelette with pancakes. It was okay but I can't say worth the price. The servers were very nice and attentive.

It’s OK... the pancakes ( which the SHOULD be famous for.) are NOT thick and the sometimes are soggy but... other than that we’re good.

I placed an order 30 minutes in advance and.... told them what I wanted twice by the way. When I got there there was a line upon a line. Then.... apparently the orders got mixed up and had to make an order fast. I left and went back to work with out my food. What a day it is working with no food. I will not be back to this location. Maybe it will be different else where however unlikely.
Food was mediocre. Overpriced. Service was horrible. Very dirty. One empty booth nearby had dirty dishes and food on the floor during our entire visit. Not the best restaurant in Chico that's for sure. There are much better places to eat breakfast.

Staff was nice, however the server seemed to be annoyed that one of the kids ordered a milkshake. Told us it would "be awhile" if we wanted the shake. Had no chocolate syrup for the chocolate milk or milkshakes. Restaurant was nearly empty yet it took quite awhile to get our food. Food quality was Ok - nothing special.

When we first got there everything went great only took a few minutes to be seated. Our drink order was taken we received our drinks in a timely manner, but from their the service went downhill. My son spilled a glass of water our server was nowhere to be found my husband had to steal napkins from another table to clean up the water spill. The food was horrible, my hamburger was raw. My daughter's chocolate chip pancake was nothing but chocolate chips. My son's chicken tenders were overcooked along with the french fries. The bacon was horrible and the food was way overpriced. I will never go to IHOP again.

I get great food from many choices on the menu that taste as good as they look. I enjoy the Senior Sampler plate from senior menu. Good food at good price, something for everyone. The service is always fast and friendly. Enjoy personal pot of good coffee too. Happy eating experience!

Service was excellent, however the same could not be said about the prices or the food. I've been coming to this IHOP for over 15 years and have seen it develop into a more profit driven franchise. The quality of the food is mediocre at best despite the prices suggesting otherwise. This is not meant to degrade the effort on behalf of the staff and cooks, as I think they are doing the best they can with the tools they are provided. If you go to this IHOP it'll be a friendly reminder as to why you should have went to Denny's.
