Food is fresh, delicious and consistent. Restaurant is clean, workers are friendly and the food is outstanding. Always a line but worth the wait. They manage it very well. I've waited longer at other competitors with far fewer cars and received poorer quality food and service. In N Out has it figured out. Best burger in Chico.
