Great food like all locations. This restaurant attracts a lot of business, but they move the customers through efficiently. They were well-staffed when I was there and the staff at the register properly dealt with the issue when my order was messed up. Thank you for making it right In-n-Out Chico. Indoor and outdoor seating, easy highway access. This place upholds the high expectations for the chain. Thanks for the great memories.

In and out has very good prices and delicous burgers. The burger was perfectly cooked with a toasted bun, the fries were middle of the road to be honest, and the shakes were superb. My only complaint is it gets SO packed, theres to many people

I love In and Out! Probably my most favorite restaurant since moving to California. I have Celiac Disease and they do a wonderful job keeping my food safe and with cross contamination they do superb. I’ve never gotten sick yet from eating at In and Out! I get the Protein Style burger with fries and it’s always the same and delicious. I also appreciate how friendly and nice the staff always are. Thanks for making a great place for us to enjoy!
