Pretty simple review the cookies were pretty good very tasty and very big. I gave four stars because the staff member did not seem very kind and he seemed honestly a little annoyed that we were there. There’s really not much else to say about it. The front of the store was pretty clean.

The pasty guy in the glasses was insanely rude with 0 customer service skills. throwing the box and having a nasty little attitude. made my friends and i so uncomfortable and unwelcomed. i wish i took a pict to show you this weirdo

If I could rate 0 stars I would. The wimpy guy working tonight was insanely rude. I have never even cared enough to leave a review on a place before but my friends and immediately felt so uncomfortable. As someone who has worked in customer service I have never acted that way towards customers even when I’ve been tired.

Got a box of 6(5 w choc 1 sugar) most of the cookies were overbaked ans tastes like other flavors. Website didnt work so i called. A girl there did not provide good customer service, but the guy did.

Came here on a whim. Cookies were warm and fresh even though it seemed like the vegan cookies were kept in the back. Would cone back, but a single cookie was about $4. Not the best value.

I order some cookies on Sunday for my dad for Father’s Day. Well I got busy and didn’t follow up with my dad until Monday afternoon. The order was delivered to wrong place, (not my mistake) dad didn’t get his cookies and I have received NO HELP. I called on Monday and asked them to just send out a new order to my dad but whoever was there seemed to not have the authority to assist. Ok….So I called Tuesday and the after rehashing the incident the manager proceeded to tell me the next hoops I needed hop through. Long story short, it’s Friday night and I’ve been making calls all week to be refunded. My patience and goodwill is over. Next I’ll call corporate and trash you on every site until you refund me my 29 dollars. It’s not the money. It’s the principle. When you screw up it’s how you make it right that matters. Epic failure Noey…..this has been the most ridiculous experience. REFUND MY MONEY

While most of their cookies are not vegan, they have three tasty, clearly labeled vegan options. They also have a vegan & gluten free cookie too. In the past they’ve had a fourth vegan seasonal cookie and so keep an eye on their site for more options. They will even ask if you want vegan cookies separate from non-vegan (good when ordering with friends) and everything is clearly labeled with ‘vegan’ sticker labels.
Everything tasted homemade and fresh.
