First time there, not bad at all, the snack chip and salsa dip were right on point. The foods some was yummy some were ok like cold cold for some weird reason when it suppose to be warm foods. The guy server wouldn't leave me alone to eat in peace lol. You need this, you need that, you done with this, you want more. But other than that great parking area, plenty of parking spaces.

I ordered this as delivery and I have to start with this: I'm gracious with my reviews when it comes to deliveries of fried food. I understand that fried things "die" after a certain amount of time. So I'm taking the "fresh and hot" out of the equation of today's rating. Starting with the key component of wings, ranch. It was very watery and lacks flavor. There was a hint of dill but nothing substantial and didn't even hug onto the wing itself. Wings were dryyy. Quality of the chicken seemed old and the fries tasted like fries lol (lacking salt in my opinion). I had the lemon pepper and the buffalo and there was hardly sauce or dry rub on them. I'm just really disappointed as I love wings and was excited to try a wing only shop in Chico. For a restaurant that is only offering wings...severely lacking. If it's the only offering on your menu- they should be immaculate.

Chilis falls short of the mark, but maintains pace with the neighboring competition. Some items are better than others, praise to their iced tea, but overall, and even though I have visited frequently these last months due to being on the road, have yet a stellar experience. This visit on a Friday, here in Chico, was a lukewarm experience. Fajitas were undoubtedly a minor instead of a high note. Plenty to be had, though, but not quite great. Shrimp small/medium, onions etc., soaking in oil. Meat and Chicken passable. Corn as a side overdone but still worth the $2.69 extra? Companion had the 3 for $10.99. Service started well but fizzled out as more and more crowds arrived, but was compensated properly. Have returned a few times and there is always something drastically wrong with the order. A very same item they change it for the worst, but give credit where is due, the staff is rather pleasant, and why not? efficient also. Not their fault the cooks in the back are up to no quality. 3 Stars

Very good flavor. Unfortunately, my food was cold due to curb sides computers being slow and not updating that I had checked in. I ended up calling and letting them know I was there after waiting 15+ min. If it wasn’t for that I would give 5 stars. I’ll definitely be back to enjoy hot food vs the cold that I got.

I have eaten at this franchise all across the States and my rating of the quality of food and portions from this particular store after ordering not one, but two times just in case the first time was a bad night?...Garbage.Terrible portions on fries, not what the menu pictures show and bot what the standard is for the franchise.Food was either overcooked or left sitting under a warmer for an hour before being thrown into a take out box and hurried over to me. It was literally the worst wings & fries experience I have had in the last 15 years of working down in the States, TWICE IN A ROW.caution; avoid this one!

As a delivery driver I have been here over 100 times and there are a few things that never happen . 1. Almost never do the staff come out with the order to the waiting stations as implied on the sign . 2. They never ask to see your order on your phone . Neither of which bother me as time is money so I simply noticed the lackadaisical behavior and responded by running in and grabbing my order. Then today I walk in to get my delivery as once again no one is coming out (I’m guessing because it’s hot) and leave my phone to charge while grabbing my customers order and enter to find 3 gals standing behind the counter with nothing better to do then inquire to see my door dash order number. So gladly I retrieved my phone and showed them . The complaint is if your going to do your job then do all of it. And be consistent. If your not gonna bring out orders fine don’t , if your gonna ask for proof of order then do it all the time and try not to be offended when people are shocked by your inconsistency.

When they first started during the pandemic, this was the best option for fries and wings with creamy ranch and great sauces. Howevers, the last couple times were really disappointing from stale, over-cooked fries and chicken. Stopped ordering from there and haven't been brave enough to try again. But Goll dang, it was awesome while it lasted.

This was my first visit. I didn't really like the flavor of the wings or the seasoned curly fries. I will go back and try some other offerings.The greeter (employee) was at my car door within 20 seconds of me arriving for curbside pick up. She immediately got my information. And she had my items at my car within a couple minutes. She was very polite, efficient and presented her self with confidence.I feel bad for not adding gratuity at the time I paid online. The employees were great.
This was the worst place i’ve ever eaten. I was very exited to try this place for the first time. I ordered off door dash for me and my family we got bone in and boneless wings both were disgusting i took a bite out of the wings and spit it out of my mouth they were mushy with a side of soggy fries. It was so disgusting that i just threw all the “food” away it was inedible. What a complete waste of 50 dollars
