Every time I order they park us to serve others over drive thru priority (I worked at Jack's I know how this works) and they take always atleast 15 minutes for a burger and fries, any other location can do better.

By far the best Jack in all of Chico, CA. I went in at 1:30 am on a Friday and I ate the Best Homestyle Ranch Chicken Club Sandwich in my entire life. Dylan is a phenomenal cook. The entire staff was friendly and was working non-stop. The friendliness and customer service was Grade A. I'm super impressed and happy to have visited this location and will definitely be coming back. Daniel was at the window and was really polite. And Gary was making sure I had everything in my order and was also cleaning the restaurant it seems. Super stars at that location. ? ? ? ? ? thank you guys for a wonderful experience!

Absolutely worst owner of a business….they are constantly understaffed! Order using app and has been 3 times I’ve had to wait 20+ min to get my food while it sitting getting cold cause workers so overwhelmed !
These poor people that work here. The things they have to put up with from people that aren't even customers is ridiculous. They need hired security in here. I couldn't even relax and eat. Some crack head waving around a toy gun and talking to himself. Another lady coming right up to customers trying to eat and getting in our faces. I'll never come here again on my lunch. Can't even eat here without anxiety.
