If you're craving some Jack In the Box, this is the location to go to in Chico. The one by Target is next best, but this one consistently has the juiciest meat, appropriate sauce amounts, and perfect fries. They have messed up my order a couple times (didn't substitute curley fries, didn't substitute crescent roll for sausage sandwich). Not a huge deal, but check your order if you make special requests that you are really looking forward to.
Service is incredibly Impressive! After a long day christmas shopping with my family we decided to go get jack in the box and at first we were afraid that we would not get the customer service we wanted but amazing staff, pretty short staff but we had a amazing young asian woman who took our order fast and friendly, she had a smile and friendly attitude! Saw another dude in there greeted us kindly and we knew the joy was there. I will be coming back from oroville to eat here again! Thank you for an amazing customer service
