Whoever the girl was that was working today around 4:30 needs an attitude check or a new job. I’ve NEVER had any issues at this location. Normally the girls are always very nice and friendly, but the girl working today was very rude. Didn’t say anything to me when I walked in just stared at me and was talking to her coworker. So I pulled up my scanner which I guess you’re not supposed to do until after you order. She got my order wrong and then walked off before giving me my receipt. I’ll stick to getting my drinks in the morning time when the workers aren’t in such a bad mood.

I wish I could give minus stars instead of one star. I ordered an Orange juice with NO ICE since I was told that they were out of carrot. The tall blond haired youngster who took the order disappeared in to back of the store. I kept asking the other boys whether my order was being processed ? They said it was but no one seemed to be making the orange juice . In the mean time , another lady who had placed an order also got her juice while I was still waiting . There were more staff members than customers at that point of time . After waiting 8-10 minutes , the same person showed up front with a glass full of juice , which he proceeded to put a cover and a straw and I thought it was for me, but he proceeded to start drinking as apparently it was for himself . When I asked again , he went back inside the rear end of the store and got my drink which was full of ICE !! I wondered why it was such a big problem to just get a glass of juice on such a hot day . When We asked to be refunded what we had paid for , we were told they can only refund us in cash or else we have for the manager to come back . The staff really doesn’t care for the customer and are very disrespectful.I want the business owner to know that his staff is terrible and he should be aware this will ruin his business and reputation . On the whole it was a HORRIBLE experience and TERRIBLE service , I won’t be going back to this mockery of Jamba Juice . . I immediately went to the other Jamba Juice located at North Valley plaza and got the Orange-Carrot No ICE juice with NO HASSLES in 2-3 minutes .!!

Smoothie was amazing, but that’s all I have to say for positive We go in and the kid working asks my family if we’re paying cash or card and we reply with card so we’re told to do it at the kiosk, ok sure thing, Then a girl comes in after us and he pretty much sprints to the counter, takes her order and she pays with a card Then the next family that walks in he asks if they’re paying with cash or card and then asks them to put their order in themselves as well as everyone else Plus the place was awkwardly quiet, just an odd environment to top it off

The drink was wonderful considering Strawberry Dreamin' was no longer on the menu and no one since the removal from the menu; no one has been able to make it delicious till my last two visits where someone made it correctly at Forrest Ave. location! Service is always awesome for this fact but the service is never a problem! The atmosphere is at four stars only because I feel depressed knowing just a few years ago it was more busy! I now know that my drink can still be made and so I am committed to visiting more frequently again! Thank you!

Jamba Juice is overpriced and gross now since they changed their ingredients. Not worth $7 for a small. $16 after tax for 2 smalls- got the Watermelon Breeze and Strawberry Whirl. I'd rather just go get a refresher at Starbucks than this cr*p

I showed up at like 8:45 the other day and the 2 girls that were working were super rude!!! They had bad attitudes an d were super short with me and started slamming blenders and what not and the smoothies were disgusting. I get it it was close to closing but if you are our hours say you close at 9 then you should be nice to customers until 9:00 when you guys close not make me feel like an idiot for trying to get a smoothie
