How’d, I’m a daily stopper here at the Chico Jamba on east avenue, and I go to all jambas depending where I’m at. But generally here at this location everyday. I have found this location is the only location that doesn’t offer fresh ginger and wheatgrass shots. I’m really hoping we can get this fresh service back, the little bottles don’t hold the nutritional value, as the fresh pressed. Please bring it back, as I’m a huge supporter of your location. It’s always good however the last time they said you have to order from the kiosk and my friend couldn’t navigate it and asked could you just please take my order and the guy was really put off by that not good customer service in that moment but we all have our daysotherwise it’s always good smoothies

I came here right after my wisdom tooth removal surgery. My boyfriend went in for me to see what smoothie I could have since I can’t have seeds in the smoothies. The man he talked to was so kind in verifying exactly what fruit I wanted in my smoothie and helping decide which would be best for me.
After the smoothie was done, the man asked if my boyfriend wanted to add whey powder to the smoothie. When he said yes, they were kind enough to re-blend the smoothie and even put the extra in a cup with a spoon I could eat it with. Truly above and beyond service and I will be coming back!

This is worst experience I’ve ever encountered at a Jamba Juice. I arrived 20 mins before closing and the person making the smoothies was being soo rude. She kept glaring and slamming the blender around making it very uncomfortable to even be in there. The smoothie I bought was not blended all the way (chunks of fruit at the bottom) and she only filled my cup less than 3/4 of the cup. If you don’t want to serve customers 20 mins before closing I suggest you put a sign stating you will not serve customers 20 mins before closing. I will be glad to take my money elsewhere next time. Sounds like you need to hire someone who understands what providing great customer experience looks like.

This is based off a specific experience, I never usually have problems with this location but today specifically there was a blonde girl working that greeted me (not really) when I walked in. She was very unwelcoming and unfriendly, didn’t smile at me or even say a word except to tell me my total. I try to be very nice to service workers as I have the same experiences but she was just plain rude. Maybe she was just having a bad day, but you’re still getting paid to do a job and you should do it with respect to your customers. I probably won’t be back for a while.
