It was once our favorite sandwich shop. The sandwiches would be high quality if the bread were fresh. Our last three visits our bread was so stale it flaked and broke off into chips. This last visit the bread cut my gums. The contents taste fresh. They also need a California Club. I'm tired of having to order some other club and asking for either no roast beef or no ham. Our daughter is obsessed with their portobello mushroom sandwich. The sandwiches (other than the mini) should automatically be cut in half and the bread needs to be soft!!!

First time eating at this brand, and great people are working with reasonable prices listed on the menu. I think I might go here more often instead of going to their main competitor.
Two years in a row. For an event, I order catering boxes 36 hours in advance. Two years in a row the order was not ready at the pick up time and I had to wait for them to make the entire order. If you’re on a tight schedule, do not use catering here, they can’t handle it. 👎🏼

We ordered the Big Box of 12 sandwiches and they were great. I inadvertently scheduled pickup online for Saturday and really needed them Friday. I called and they were happy to change it. I really appreciate the flexibility and sandwiches quality.
